7A Cudworth Street is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Therefore lower outside noise is required after 10 pm
One block away from the night club Purgatory, The Ship Wreck lounge and Crowne Point guest house & restaurant, Commercial street & Spiritus Pizza.

This ranch-style remodeled home is complete with bricked patio, large deck, sliding glass doors to decking. Outdoor lounge furniture and seating at tile table for 8-10 people. Awesome permanently wired out door gas grill. Indoor fireplace for colder months.

Parking for 4 cars, 2 full baths-no tub, and out door shower. One space must stay free at end of driveway-near orange cone. Mini split AC in rooms 1,2,5,and living room.
Additionally we have central AC used for room 3&4
I will be adding mini splits to those rooms soon.

This property has 2 outside cameras. This camera records Audio & Video. For the purpose of honoring the late night noise ordinance section of your lease Video & Audio is recorded. By agreeing to this rental you agree that yourself and any one in your party and all visitors will be recorded. You agree that any video or audio information may be used by the owner and authorities if needed.

Late night noise section of your lease:
Please know -The homes in this area are tightly situated, to assure your peaceful quiet evening, neighbors agree to be respectfully quiet after 10 and expect the same in return.
Late night calls to police from neighbors complaining about noise will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. $300 per incident. Please limit gathering to 20 people and wrap up the activity by 10pm. The sliding doors must be shut after 11 to prevent house noise,music from disturbing the neighbors.

Pets are allowed. There is a daily Pet fee of $30.00 located on another page under-Fees, Rates. Custom Fees
Smoking is available outside.

Great house in central location!!!

We couldn’t have been happier about this great find just off Bradford, a block north of Shipwreck Lounge and Gifford House. Clean and well kept, with a gorgeous outdoor patio. And Tim was a helpful and gracious host. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous home, perfect location

My wife and I rented this property to take our family away, the home is impeccably clean, so easy to check in, everything you need is within walking distance. The house is big enough that everyone had their own rooms and space and everything you would need is supplied at the home. We absolutely loved our stay and Tim the owner was so friendly easy to contact and just an absolute pleasure to communicate with.

Tim is an amazing host! The property was perfectly setup to accommodate 9 of us! The location is perfect! Short walk to Main Street to grab a coffee, go to tea or whatever! House is just amazing, wake up in the morning, make your coffee and sit out on the patio to read a book or just soak up the sun! Kitchen is equipped with everything you need and an amazing bar setup too!Bedrooms have great air con units and TVs with their own appleTV’s and just everything you need.Tim is communicative throughout and helpful! Can’t say enough great things! Book here if you have a large group!

Great outdoor space and location

We had a very good stay. Location is great and the patio and outdoor space at the house is terrific. The house is a well kept. Smaller than one might think for 5 BRs but totally liveable. Although it seems like there are a lot of house rules, It was really no big deal and the owner and manager were very responsive. The house has a few quirks. 2 toilets for 5 bedrooms is not ideal and it’s odd that there is no freezer in the kitchen. Having to go outside to get your ice cream etc is odd. Still, overall a really nice stay.

This was an excellent location for our group of friends. It was many of our first time to Ptown, so being centrally located was nice. The outdoor space is wonderful. Lots of room to spread out grill.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was awesome. The house was perfect for our group of 8 + 2 infants + 2 dogs. The outdoor patio is stunning, and the house has everything you need for a week+ stay. The location is fantastic as well, just a 2-minute walk to Commercial, and a very short drive to the grocery store. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Excellent Stay!

Tim’s house is in the perfect spot, super quiet neighborhood but a 5-10 minute walk to Commercial St and MacMillan Wharf and the same distance to Stop & Shop grocery store. The deck and patio area is gorgeous, with beautiful flowers and landscape and plenty of chairs, a grill and a big outdoor dining table. We found everything we needed in the house with plenty of thoughtful extras as well. There were plenty of towels to accommodate our party of 8 guests, condiments in the fridge, 2 ice makers and a well appointed bar set up, bedrooms were big and all beds super comfortable. The outdoor shower was a big hit as with 8 of us coming back from the beach sandy we really needed that extra shower! It was a perfect getaway and we will definitely want to come again!

Perfect house for a larger group!

This rental house was absolutely wonderful for entertaining. I had a girls' weekend with 10 ladies and the 5 bedrooms had plenty of room to accommodate us. The beds were very comfortable too. It was the best night sleep I've had in a long time! Our group really enjoyed the patio and lawn furniture as the weather was perfect for our weekend stay. The location was also perfect as it is walking distance from both Commercial St. and Bedford St. We were able to walk to all of the hot spots for our afternoon and evening out. The landlord, Tim was also very accommodating to work with. He was thorough with the house manual, instructions and cleaning procedures. My only complaint (that the group had) was that we had to vacate the house by 10 AM the next morning. Most places have at least an 11 AM check-out time. They could of used the extra hour sleep, but overall, a very wonderful house! I highly recommend renting it and working with Tim!

Great patio and yard in an almost perfect location. Quiet but right by the action of Commercial St. Easy walk to grocery, gym, and bike rental. Easy and wide off street parking. Wonderful central air and newer appliances including 2x washer and dryer. Well taken care of home!

The perfect rental

I recently rented this property for a girls weekend. To begin the home owner went out of his way to accomodate all of our needs and was prompt in returning communication. The house itself was beautiful, and the patio was perfect to enjoy a cocktail before going out for evening. The house was clean and outdoors perfectly manicured. If you are looking for a rental in this area, I would highly reccomend this one! My girlfriends and I are hoping to rent again in this future because our experience was that amazing! Thanks Tim!

Great house, perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tim's house. The location is great for P'town daytime activities and nightlife. The house is clean, modern and comfortable. Note that three bedrooms are below-grade, but that didn't bother us. Tim was a responsive landlord. I am still waiting to get my security deposit back, but Tim says he is sending it.

Quiet and Relaxing, Steps Away from Everything!

A beautiful place for a large group with a lot of outdoor space to relax and take in views of the monument. Away from the noise of Bradford and Commercial Streets but just a few minutes walk to anything you want to do(seriously you can be at Cafe Heaven in less than two minutes!!!!) Beautiful landscape, very private yard, great kitchen with everything we needed. Very nice beds and newer furnishings make it very comfortable. We would definitely book this place again for our large group.

Great well-appointed house close to town

This home was perfect for our stay with another family. One family had the three bedrooms downstairs and the other family had the two bedrooms upstairs. Each provided lots of privacy. The location couldn't be better! Right near the heart of Commercial Street, yet a quiet and peaceful spot to enjoy the lovely garden, patio and yard. We loved the outdoor shower as well.

Great house, great location

Ten of us stayed here very comfortably during the week of July 4. The location, which is walking distance to nearly everything in town, was perfect, as was the yard with the large patio, dining table, and grill. It was also wonderful that the house had central A/C -- not always expected in Provincetown -- as the heat and humidity were oppressive that week. It was helpful to have a full bathroom on both floors, and the washer and dryer were in constant use. Tim was responsive to some of the routine issues that came up and even sent over a handyman friend to help us get a few things sorted out. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the rental process, from initial contact through our check-out process, and I definitely recommend working with him. All in all, it was a great week on the Cape for everyone in our group, and the house and its location were huge parts of that.

Fabulous! Outdoor Space Exceptional

Recently stayed at this great property in Provincetown. The house was great for our group of 10. 5 good sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms were good for us. The kitchen was very nice and the common area was very comfortable. The outdoor space was the gem. The yard was lovely, and the patio divine. We had fabulous weather and spent a good deal of time on the beautiful and extremely spacious patio. We grilled at home several nights and dined al fresco. If you're going to ptown and have a good sized group, I couldn't recommend this house any more highly. It was a perfect get-away for us. Beautiful space...just a block and a half from Commercial street. Quiet and secluded, yet close to everything. Finally a quick call out to the owner. He was wonderful in answering all questions, helping with directions, recommendations, etc. He takes a lot of pride in his house, and it clearly shows.

Friends Weekend

What a great place to spend a vacation!! The house was everything we expected and more. Location is great, close to the center of Commercial St. You will have no problems fitting 10 guests in this house, and it is VERY clean and kept up well. The owner was great in answering all my questions and any concerns I may have had. I would recommend this house to everyone!!!

I purchased this house in 1994. I have been making improvements since the purchase, with the intention of making this house the most comfortable rental within my ability for myself & my rentals. I am almost there.

This house is in a great location. I must stress that this rental is not a house for parties. The house sleeps 10 so when you add a few friends for a cook out you can easily end up with 20. This is not unusual but the activities need to end by 11. Any additional group gatherings need to be contained in the house with the doors shut. There is a separate signature late night noise ordinance section of your lease.

I am happy to say the my renters so far have taken very good care of the house. When not rented I use the house myself.
Sometimes I rent on a per room basis, as owner occupied.

What makes this property unique

Lots of ac, 2 washers & dryers that help the renters and cleaners assure that all items like bed covers and blankets and of course sheets are cleaned often. I request my renters to help with some laundry. This helps to assure that the house will be very clean for you, the next renter.
Parking 4-5 cars. Great central location. with 22 tall shrubs around the yard, it feels a little like a secluded oasis.
