Dear Sir,
We would have appreciated receiving specific feedback so that we can improve. We are always open to constructive feedback. Upon your arrival, you made a remark about the number of stairs. However, the photos advertised speak for themselves.
We did not make an issue of the burn mark you caused on one of our dining chairs, which was most likely from the iron. Out of goodwill, we did not charge you for this. Regarding the shower, this too is clearly indicated in the description.
