Vielen Dank.

Dear Jörg, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the convenient location and your time in the city. We understand how important clear information is before arrival. Our check-in process is designed to be smooth and we send several emails in advance outlining the need to complete the mandatory online check-in. Once completed, guests receive a detailed arrival guide that includes the full address, Google Maps link, keycodes and step-by-step instructions with photos. Regarding parking, Copenhagen can indeed be challenging for drivers, as free or easily accessible spaces are very limited. We always recommend reviewing local parking options in advance when planning to arrive by car. We truly value your comments and would be glad to welcome you again in the future! Team Sanders

Even wennen

Dear Carola, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We are happy to hear that you found the apartment convenient for transport and shopping. We understand that staying outside the city center can have its challenges, especially with the noise from the nearby road. The lively atmosphere of the area does come with some noise, and we are sorry if this caused any discomfort during your stay. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a more peaceful experience! Team Sanders
