Welcome to this wonderful and comfortable 116m2 apartment located by the heart of Gracia neighborhood, just a couple steps from Paseo de Gracia and Diagonal, two of the main avenues in town and just around the corner of Gracia and Example districts!



⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.

The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms and the living room:



- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed

- Bedroom 2: 1 Individual bed

- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed and 1 individual bed

- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.

The Neighborhood:

Gracia might just be the most charming neighborhood in Barcelona. With an incomparable local charm, it feels like a small city tucked away inside the metropolis.



The green spaces and public transportation are a bonus, making it easy to get outside.



The neighborhood is a mix between a young, alternative and bohemian scene and older Catalan residents who have lived there for generations. With quiet, charming plazas and tons of local shops, restaurants, and cozy cafés, Gracia is one of the very best places to stay in Barcelona.



Getting Around:

The area is well connected to the rest of the city due to the excellent Barcelona transport systems that comprises of both Metro, Busses and Trams. The Bus station is 7 minutes away from the apartment. Also, the metro station is a 7 min walk from the apartment, connects the line L3.



From the airport:

If you travel to Barcelona by plane you can use the following description coming to the apartment. The fastest way to get to the apartment is by taxi, you will find a taxi-stand just outside the airport. You can also come with the Airport shuttle bus to Plaza España and after that with metro L3 to the station called Fontana. Then you are very close to the apartment, easy as that!



Other Things to Note:

*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***



- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.



- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.



- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation

and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.



*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***



Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs



Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)



*** HOUSE RULES ***



1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.

5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.

6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.



Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
