Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 61m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The living room features a large sofa and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. It has a dining table for four to enjoy all your meals.

The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a double bed and the second a single one, both made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Paço de Arcos is a picturesque coastal town in the Lisbon District of Portugal, where traditional Portuguese architecture harmonizes with modern living. Its scenic oceanfront promenade, sandy beaches, and colourful historic buildings invite strolls and beachside relaxation. With a balance between its historical charm and contemporary amenities, Paço de Arcos is the perfect destination for those seeking proximity to Lisbon while savouring the coastal tranquillity and local culture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Santo Amaro, is just a 20-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is about a 25-minute drive from the property.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
