Tastefully decorated, this chic house with 400m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

One cinema room is available to watch movies with a premium image and sound quality.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern equipment, cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

Four bedrooms are delightfully furnished with a queen bed and a wardrobe, and one other with a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The outdoor area is available, where you can enjoy the swimming pool and the BBQ.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

NOTE: This property has security cameras in the exterior area. It is extremely forbidden to have guests inside the property that are not registered in SEF and are part of the property without the previous confirmation of the host.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

There are restaurants and bars like FFrancesinhas and takeaways like Joaquim Pacheco - Leitão Assado for delicious meals. Whether you are interested in history or nature or enjoying local cuisine, this location is perfect for your exploration.

The best way to reach the property is by your transportation or taxi.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is only 25 min away.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
