Crossing the Ironton Ferry, downtown Charlevoix is 5 miles away, and only 3 miles from Northern Michigans premiere wedding destination venue, Castle Farms. Across the narrows from your beach is the Landings Restaurant, Lake Charlevoix's premier lakefront dining. Enjoy a casual round of golf at Ye Nyne Olde Holes Golf Club just down the road. Perfect location for winter vacationers as well, with Boyne Mountain Ski Resort only a 15 minute drive. The property also conducive for cross country skiing, snow shoeing and snowmobilers, with access to the lake as well as the great big front and back yard the farm house for your own recreational use. This property truly is One of One. Sitting at the foot of the historic Ironton narrows and Ironton Ferry on Lake Charlevoix, it's the perfect location. Centrally located between Charlevoix, Boyne City and East Jordan, on the beach facing the North, and the Landings Restaurant on the water just across the ferry. It gets no better. Priceless views of both Lake Charlevoix and the Ironton Narrows from the porch... breathtaking. A place you and your family will want to came back to time and time again.
