KK Athens Fine Stay is newly renovated and fully refurbished 35²‚ modern and  elegantly decorated apartment, downtown Athens. It is located right opposite  the Agios Ioannis Metro Station, 3 stops(4 min) from the Acropolis Metro Station and 10 min drive from the Alimos Beach of Athens Riviera.

The apartment:

The apartment  is comfortable for 2 persons. It has a brand new air-condition, free high speed of 100 Mbps Wi-Fi ideal for digital nomads, smart TV,  a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, a working area, a dining area and a sitting area. It is luminous with a large window that leads to a private balcony. It is furnished with much attention to every detail, colored softly with white dove color on the walls, with marble and greige Italian tiles and a natural wooden floor.

Bedroom:

“Sealy Vermont” mattresses, hypoallergenic pillows, linens and 3-scale dimmable bedside lighting ensure comfort.

The kitchen

There are 2 coffee machines, one for espresso and one for Americano, a microwave oven, a 4 kitchen hob, an oven, a built-in washing machine, a toaster, a sandwich maker, a water boiler, an electric shaker, a large refrigerator and all the amenities of a fully equipped kitchen. The tap water is drinkable.

The bathroom

An elegant modern space, offering the sense of a Spa. Bathroom products, towels of two sizes and hair dryer are provided.

Additional:

Iron and Iron board. Original paintings decorate the walls. There are several books that our guests might find interesting.

My name is Katerina Kypriotou. I am in the business since 2018, as an owner and manager of Villa Mariza Corfu. Villa Mariza Corfu operates as a short term rental property and is located at the beautiful and aristocratic island of Corfu, at the Ionian Sea of Greece. Having the experience of Villa Mariza Corfu and foreseeing the need of people who travel in the capital of Greece and search for a private, high aesthetic and modern space with home facilities in Athens Center, I created "KK Athens Fine Stay". KK Athens Fine Stay is a stylish gem, an elegant and cozy apartment that I just renovated and refurbished with care and love, at the neighborhood where I grew up -the safe and peaceful area of Agios IOANNIS -, at the center of Athens. It is 2 minutes walk from Agios IOANNIS Metro station, which adds value to the already privileged location of the property due to its central position and vicinity to all the major city attractions. My purpose is for my customers to receive the best possible experience of hospitality, far beyond their expectations and feel themselves at home.

The neighborhood

KK Athens Fine Stay is an excellent choice when visiting Athens, offering stylish and comfortable accommodation very close to the historical center of the city. Located directly opposite AGIOS IOANNIS Metro station in the safe and peaceful Neos Kosmos area. The neighborhood is friendly, tranquil, and secure, with many shops (including 24-hour convenience stores), cafés, and restaurants nearby.

The nearest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, 35 km (21.7 miles) away, conveniently connected by Metro. The building is a typical Athenian structure with friendly and helpful residents. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with an elevator available for your convenience.
