This secluded neighborhood, just a few minute's walk to the beach, more than 40 different varieties of restaurants to choose from, childrens park, basketball, massage Spas, bakeries, cookie shops, clothing stores, hardware stores, groceries, drug stores, etc. all walking distance from the house
Bright kitchen, overlooking the dining room table that seats 10 comfortably, Savorski Chandelier's set's a romantic mood over the dining table, overlooking the living room.
House fully equipped with dishwasher, washer, dryer, outdoor gas BBQ. The large pool patio and the backyard is perfect for sunbathing which is fully privately gated, there is an outdoor patio dining table, lounge chairs, a perfect beach house vacation home that is located in a very quiet neighborhood.
All of our homes are fully equipped for Moms traveling with Babies, Toddlers providing a crib, changing pads, breast feeding pillow, Bjorn bibs and Bjorn potty training seat and a playpen so baby can be secure, books, toys and a little little kids bike.
This home is next door to our other VRBO home www.vrbo.com/1600578 which has been great for large families since each home can not exceed more than 10 people on the property at all times.
All homes are set up perfectly for families and for any travelers looking for the feeling of walking into your own private home. We provide beach chairs, however, if you want the luxury touch of Beach Lounge Chairs and Large Beach Umbrella you can Rent them on the Beach ….chair rental 10:00 am to 5:00 pm yes they accept credit cards.

I grew up in Lauderdale By The Sea. I appreciate this town because you can walk to everything from the house whether it’s shopping, restaurants, hardware, supplies, bicycle rentals, or food shopping they have everything, the location is AMAZING.
