Beachfront Penthouse

This beachfront apartment is in an excellent location - on the beach and a close walk into the center of town. The private deck is huge with a wonderful view of the ocean. Definitely a fun place to stay!

If you love enjoying the ocean, you will really like this property. The place is in a prefect location with a very easy walk to the local restaurants and a grocery store. The listing is very accurate. The property manager was a 10 out of 10. She was prompted and very helpful.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY!!

It rained the entire stay, however we sat under the eaves on the patio and watched the waves. Beautiful spacious property. Kitchen is GORGEOUS!! Property manager was wonderful!!!!

Location location locationThe deck is what makes this a winnerProximity to town and shopping can not be beatIf you want to wake up with your toes in the sand this is the place for youCan’t get closer to the beach than thisThe rest of the amenities (pool,bbqs etc) leave a lot to be desired but if you want to spend your days on the beach look no furtherUnit itself is just ok but with the location on the beach you should be spending all your time outside not inside!!!Great space for larger families (6-8)

Highly Recommend!

The big private deck facing the beach was amazing. The unit was spacious and clean. The location was excellent - right on beach and easy walk to restaurants/bars, grocery store, etc. Easy check-in/check-out, responsive hosts. The property grounds were a slightly run-down, but also there was construction going on while we were there so that will probably improve.

Overall property has a beautiful view, has very nice kitchen and living room. The best thing about property is the deck. We found the beds very uncomfortable. Inconvenient to get to pool and beach.

Property was pristine clean and details exactly as advertised. Slightly dated property , but the patio covers for all. Overall Great property at the right location. Walkable to Lauderdale by the sea. Kitchen had enough utensils , wifi was good, TVs were adequate. Host - Catherine was extremely helpful and responsive. Shared exact details and made our check-in, check-out and stay a breeze. We definitely will return. Cheers

Great stay

Loved that it’s on the beach!! Great location close to restaurants can walk to dinner. I had 4 teenage girls 2 young boys and my husband so a party of 8 and the unit had plenty of space for us! Great communication with the host also. Only thing I’d have to mention is pool was on smaller size and had a deep end so make sure you have proper floaties for little ones. When we stayed it felt like we had the beach and pool to ourselves wasn’t crowded like bigger resorts and no elevators to wait on either. Loved it! Also enjoyed that there was beach chairs, toys, boogie boards there to use!!

The views are naturally incredible, being that this property is directly on the ocean. The patio overlooking the ocean is large and has plenty of seating to enjoy being oceanfront with friends and family. The true gem of this rental, though, is Catherine, the property manager. She was so kind, accommodating, and easy to deal with. We felt extremely welcomed. She made the experience of renting through an online service feel friendly and human. We found the property to be clean and the house to be well stocked with kitchen and beach items. We travel to the area periodically, as we have family there. We hope to stay at this property whenever we travel to Fort Lauderdale.
