We love the Velas Vallarta we’ve been coming here for 25 years The property spectacular Poolside games and hosts great Approximately to the Marina and all the great restaurants great a 10 min walk But this room is tired The two burner stove didn’t work ( maintenance couldn’t repair ) The cupboards inside dirty The bathroom fan not working so damp moldy It wasn’t to the Velas Standards unfortunately We were disappointed in the room needless to say Maid service( fresh towels ) and garbage pick up only scheduled once a week This room needs a redo They were jackhammering the tile outside our door everyday and dust enclosed our room Sorry but it disturbed our stay :(

Just to let you know that we have made all the repairs you mentioned, the kitchen stove and the bathroom extractor are new, and we have sent a special company to clean every inch of the room. The new building flooring outside the room is finished and it looks really beautiful! And just to let you know for future reference, since you made the reservation here in the Vrbo app, if you had reported these imperfections here, we would have given prompt response and made the repairs quickly while you were still in the room. We’re sorry for the inconveniences though and thank you again for choosing to stay with us! We appreciate it a lot. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
