Hi there, my name is Davorin Marković, but you can call me Davorowski.

Known as a high-energy sociable person, I love people and positive environments. During my last 4 career years in hospitality as a cafe/club manager, I developed a sociable persona, networked within the crowd, and befriended hundreds of customers. That's when I figured out that I love to work with people from all over the world, which brought me to the travel & tourism business. My holiday homes are hand-picked and personally acquired and my relationship with homeowners is built upon professionalism and trust.

My guests are always able to reach me and get any sort of information or help before arrival, during their stay, or after their departure.

Apartment Rose is a new luxury apartment located in Medulin. The nearest beach is 1 km from the accomodation, the sandy beach of Bijeca.

The nearest supermarkets are Lidl and Plodine, 1,5 km from the accomodation. Nice and quality restaurants are located within 1 km (Salt & Pepper, Restaurant Adriatik, Pizzeria Kantun, Piazza Grande 2, Konoba Kaminada).

Medulin has a beautiful long promenade with numerous restaurants, beach bars, and an amusement park for children. For adventure lovers, 500 m from the apartment there is Samy's ranch for walking, horse riding, or quad biking.

Medulin also has a small airport that offers panoramic flights so you can see the beauty of Medulin and its surroundings from a bird's eye view. This airport is only 5 km from the apartment.

Cape Kamenjak Nature Park is only 15 km from the accommodation. On Kamenjak, you can plan many activities such as walking, barbecuing, cycling, kayaking, or swimming in the beautiful and clean Adriatic Sea.

The city of Pula is the cultural center of Istria, 10 km from the accommodation. Many Roman remains, including the Arena, one of the most beautiful and well-preserved in the world, and many other sights hidden in the city.
