As soon as you approach the ornamental fountains of Watersong with gated entrance and security guard you know that you have arrived at a quality resort. Located just 20 minutes drive from the main gate of Walt Disney World and just 5 minutes from the Interstate 4 the location is perfect. The Interstate 4 takes you to many shopping malls, Sea World, Universal Studios and if you want to go to the beach either coast is just over an hour away. Just a few minutes drive away is a large supermarket along with takeaways, bank and many other shops.

You will find this beautiful air-conditioned two-storey home bright and airy. One of it's main features is a huge extended west-facing pool and spa deck looking out over conservation land. Additional features include modern furnishings and décor and a well-equipped games room. It boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, of which 3 are en-suite, it also has a downstairs toilet. Four of the bedrooms are upstairs with the Master Suite located on the ground floor.

This really is the hub of the home, in the same open plan space is a luxury kitchen which has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle. The breakfast nook area has a table with 4 chairs, with sliding doors taking you out on to the sun drenched pool deck.

The large two car garage has been converted into a fantastic games room to add to your holiday enjoyment. It is complete with pool table and table football (foosball).

One of the outstanding features of the villa is the very secluded and large extended pool deck, it's truly one of the best around! It benefits from not having any neighbours to one side and the rear and has a great conservation views. It also has a covered lanai for the times when you want to get out of the heat of the mid-day Florida sun. On the deck you will find a large table with chairs for alfresco dining and plenty of sun loungers to relax on in the Florida sunshine.

Inside the house there is complimentary wi-fi, washer and dryer, high chair and pack n play crib. There is enough room on the drive to park two vehicles, street parking is not permitted, nor trailers and commercial vehicles.

Watersong – 5 Star Resort
Watersong really is a 5 Star Resort Community that will appeal to the more discerning renter and their guest party and is located in Davenport on Highway 17 – 92 near the Champions Gate junction of Interstate 4. It’s the type of resort that will appeal to those who wish to be slightly away from the fast paced International Drive and Highway 192 type areas although easy access to the Interstate 4 brings Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and the superb shopping malls that much closer.

As you enter the grand manned gatehouse at Watersong you really do feel that you have arrived somewhere special. There are lakes, conservation areas and luscious greenery everywhere. The exceptional 6700 sq ft clubhouse is very much the hub of the resort with its large beach entry pool and spa along with plenty of sun loungers if you want to take in the Florida sun.

Within the clubhouse there is a fitness centre , internet café, games arcade, and a grand lounge for socialising in luxurious comfort. There is also a kiddies playground, picnic area and volleyball court to add to the appeal of this wonderful family resort.

As well as the traditional American style bar and grill restaurants located nearby such as Chilli’s , The Orlando Ale House, Red Robin, there is also an amazing English fish & chip shop/restaurant. Also close by is the excellent and extremely popular Manny’s Chop House on Highway 27. If you are looking for fine dining then there is Zen and Trevii’s at the Omni Resort, or Eleven and Forte at the nearby Reunion.

Watersong is just minutes from 2 shopping areas which give easy access to a Publix Supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Diners, Bars, Banks, Gas Stations, and fast food outlets such as McDonalds, Papa John’s Pizza and a Chinese takeaway. It is also only 5 -10 minutes’ drive to the Posner Park Shopping Mall which has a Super Target, J.C. Penney’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods and a brand new multi-screen cinema.

For any golfers in your party the nearby courses at Reunion, Providence and Champions Gate are all literally minutes away, giving Watersong the benefit of a tranquil resort style setting with easy access to everything Orlando has to offer.

Pool and spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at £180 per week. There is an accidental damage waiver of £49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
