28 ft x 14 ft large pool, hot tub, un-overlooked with view of a woodland conservation area.
3 bedrooms with double beds.
2 bedrooms with two single beds.
50 " flat TV screen to family room. All bedrooms with TV and CD player.
Kitchen bar & nook area to seat 10 persons. Polished rosewood dining table to seat 10 persons and matching dresser with glass display cabinet top to the front dining area.
Comfortable couches to family room and living room.
Whole house air conditioning with recently installed latest quite operating plant / equipment.
Local, 3 minutes to Champions Gate Publix supermarket store, choice of four restaurants. Also Chinese, Italian pizza and pasta take away (to go) .
Home is at the end of Sand Ridge Drive, therefore no passing traffic and in a quite no busy road location.

The stay was fine. The house had ample space, and the property was clean. The area is very convenient to all the local parks. The only minor complaint I have is related to the neighborhood, not the actual property. Some of homes on the street could do a better job as it relates to curb appeal. The owner was very nice and communicated effectively throughout our stay.

Only problem was need to swap out living room and den furniture. Den furniture you sink down into it to much that makes it uncomfortable but no tv in living room to be able to watch tv in there. Something you just might think about. Other than that everything was great. Had a good vacation, thank you very much.

Awesome place for a guys trip!!

For 6 guys on their annual golf trip this place was amazing to stay at! More than enough bedrooms, baths and the kitchen worked great for us making lunches/dinners for ourselves. Checking in/out was a breeze, never had any noise issues with the neighbors, and more restaurants then we could get to! Very clean, plenty of linens, and the ping pong table got a great deal of work when we were there, We all decided to return here again next year for one of our trips. This place is a winner and we look forward to next yera already!!

The home was good. The pool had algae that needed to be addressed. Also I did not like being spied on. The owner had cameras and it followed my children. I will never rent from any Virgo client who makes me and my family feel creepy. We checked the whole hole house for cameras. I don’t like that feeling. He was unresponsive to finding that I sent.

Lovely stay in Davenport

Had a nice surprise at the overall size of the house. Its nicely laid out so we werent falling over one another. Location really good for disney parks and kissimee. Outside of the villa, the owner and management team were extremely accommodating after we had some problems with flights! Id stay again!

Nice place was a little disappointed that the master bathroom had a leak which made the ceiling leak and the bathroom down stairs shower doesn't work but other wise very nice place to stay

Beautiful big house! Lots of rooms and bathrooms. Perfect small pool for the kids and the Jacuzzi is a plus, I wish it would of have bbq grill outside.

A great home home away from home

Me and my family had a great time and really enjoyed the house the owners was nice and helpful we didn't have any problems everything was on point and plenty of room the house is in a good location and about 10 minutes from Disney world and close to restaurants and shopping and more restaurants and shopping on the next exit upi really recommend if visiting Disney world and other parks we will visit again in the future thanks again

Quiet Neighborhood Home

Great place to stay for kids in a cared for neighborhood home. If you are the type of person who likes for your stays to be in super updated, shiny, modern places, then this is not for you. The home and furnishings are what people like to call "dated," but the furniture is sturdy, solid wood and has been taken care of, so while it might not look modern, it also will not break on you. It really does feel like you are staying in a family member's home. It is a great home for kids as there is a security lock up high on the back sliding door as well as a netted fence around the pool. Our 8-year-old ASD son loved the stay there. The owners and property manager were very responsive to questions, professional, and I feel we had great communication throughout. This would be a great vacation home for a large family with kids. Thanks for the stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was huge, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and in a great location in proximity to all of the attractions! There was a small issue with check-in not worth mentioning but I want to mention that the property owner was quick to resolve it!

Wonderful vacation home

The pool was amazing. We paid extra for the heat to be turned on and it was actually warm. The house is spacious for 10 people and their were plenty of bathrooms. And Roy was very pleasant to work with.

Very enjoyable stay for a week of golf with friends.

The property was perfect for our group of 7. It was very clean and has a well appointed kitchen with everything that we needed for meal preparation. We had trouble at check in with access to the lock box. There was a document sent to me that indicated the code was 1517and for some reason I didnt get the message that had the actual code. The VRBO app did not seem very user friendly to me to try to get the correct information. It took awhile to gain access.All of us agreed that we would recommend this property for any large groups. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Fantastic villa in great location

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. The standard was very high and Roy even took the time to check on us when Covid-19 got worse and offered us the opportunity to stay on if we could not get flights home - how fantastic is that. Certainly would come back again.

Property was exactly as advertised...plenty of room for adults teens and children...everything needed was supplied...pool was clean and warm.....close to shopping and attractions.....process dealing with owner was A 1.....owner was always responsive and helpful as were property managers......highly reccomen!!

My wife and I live in Essex south east of England and this year of 2016 we have been married for 50 years. Since purchasing the home we have spent every May, mid Nov. to mid Dec. at the villa . We have two married sons with grand children from both, between them they occupy the villa over the six weeks summer holiday period.
In The UK we have a family contracting plumbing business and employ on average 35 - 40 persons. Draw back of a family business it's extremely difficult to spend vacations away together.
The photograph shown is Courtney 12 yrs second eldest grand child with Connor our youngest 4 year old grand child.

Why they chose this property

During 1982 to 1992 we had a Spanish family holiday home that in the later years we became less interest and chose at times to go somewhere else rather than back to our Spanish home. Therefore we sold up with no intentions of ever owning another home. Until approximately 2000 / 2002 decided we had enough of staying in hotels and visited a few European countries to look at purchasing another home but nothing grasp us to go ahead. Then we went to Florida in 2003 and that was it, we decided to purchase our villa which we took occupancy in November 2004. My retirement will be soon and intention are to stay out there for longer periods Don't see us getting tired of staying there, the friendly Floridians, the place, provides so much interest and diversity that we shall be continuing to go there more often for many years.

What makes this property unique

Main reason for choosing the home we have was the spaciousness of the villa, small neighbourhood, quiet location, local shops, local restaurants and the rear outlook to a conservation area therefore no problem with privacy as many other homes literally back to back onto each other with little ground between them.
