House was nice, has everything you would need including soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent. Pool was nice and warm and plenty of privacy. The neighbors behind the house has a dog that barks a lot, other than that definitely recommend!

A Really nice place

The house was very nice and convenient to every thing we wanted to do. Very quiet area and was able to relax peacefully after a long day out. I would highly recommend this place.

Awesome place to Stay

I will be staying here again, the house is very roomy for everyone. When we arrive they had the refrigerator full of refreshments. The air conditioner had torn up and they got it fixed within a few hours.

Great stay for Disney Trip!

The house is perfect for a large family. Beds were super comfortable. We appreciated the toiletries, paper products, and snacks provided for us to use. The kids loved the pool!

Exceeded Expectations

A concern when booking a house from half way across the world, is whether it will match up to what has been advertised. This home meets and exceeds its advertising. Easily accommodated our family of 12. Beautifully presented and with lots of extras including some food and water on arrival. Close to Kissimmee shops and restaurants as well as the major Orlando attractions. Highly recommended.

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our group of 10, with children age ranges from 7 months to 16 years. The game room and pool provided lots of fun. And there were bedrooms for everyone!

Fantastic

We had a fantastic day over the holidays with our family of 10. We had plenty of space to spread out. The house was just as described. We very much appreciated the treats left by the hostess. The pool was well heated and enjoyable. The communication and check-in process was very smooth.

Beautiful & Spacious Home

For our military retirement party we had multiple families come together for the week. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Bonus for the kids/teens was the game room, pool, and the storage area in the kitchen to hold all their food. The families appreciated the washer and dryer by the end of the trip. I would reserve this house again if we plan a future trip in the area. It was very relaxing.

We thought the house was nice, but we had issues when we arrived the swimming pool light was hanging in the water looked dangerous we contacted owner it was fixed the next day not all the way due to a part had to be ordered. We tried grilling and the propane tank was empty we had to pay for the refill. I contacted owner regarding reimbursement of propane tank and also regarding towels and other items we wanted to bring to his attention. There was not enough towels for twelve people we had to constantly wash them. He assured me that he would send someone to bring towels and to reimbursement for out of pocket expense for the propane. That never happened, after the third call we just gave up. I feel that as owner, the property should be checked before new renters come in to ensure things are working properly and there is enough lien or towels to accommodate people staying at the property. I don’t think I would stay here again

Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful and spacious. Only down fall was the pool needed to be a little warmer for this time of year. Still excellent place for a vacation.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay. We were exhausted when we finally checked in. They had fruit, muffins & water in fridge. Kids loved swimming after returning from our day of adventures .
