Overall impression of house was great there were some hiccups but Ricky was on top of them! Check in was a breeze!

The house was dirty and needs a deep cleaning. The drapes for the sliding door to the pool area are filthy. The door frame itself is so dirty we hated having to ipen it. Not all the chairs shown for the pool area are there. The front porch had no chairs as pictures. The biggest disappointment was the pool lights didnt work and they never came to fix them during our stay. That meant we could not enjoy the pool once it got dark. Family Disney Trip 2024

This property exceeded our expectations and the family enjoyed the spacious rooms. The pool and spa was excellent and the kids spent most of their time in them! Most importantly was the host, Ricky, who was of great assistance to us in planning our stay and even when we needed to chat during the stay. We would definitely stay again when a large group needs accommodations

Great place and location

The house was perfect for our entire group, and was close to everything we wanted to get to! The pool was amazing, and we used it quite frequently! Overall the house was clean, and tidy when we arrived. We would most definitely stay there again in the future, and our host was very kind.

Family Vacation

We came with a large group for a family vacation. Great communication with owner. The house was great lots of room and televisions. Plenty of space to gather as a family. Loved the pool and hot tub. We loved the pond as well. We enjoyed looking at the wildlife including an alligator, turtles and lots of birds. Awesome experience.

This house its best

Beautiful, big super comfortable. We was a big group of family with small kids This house was perfect 5 bedroom 5 bath the pool the spa. It make us feel like home. My communication with the owners was the best any question or issues he was fast in responded. .. My kid's had so much fun in the pool.. I do recommend thia Beautiful property. We will definitely Rent this again. Thank you to the Owner for this great experience If you want to stay in a relaxing area and feel like home thia the house to stay

Great house

Amazing experience, the house was very good. A had a lot of towels, bar soaps, shampoos and conditioner in the all bathrooms. Extras sheets, extras towels. The hot tub was wonderful. All the questions I had, the property always answered me very quickly. View of a lake at the back of the house, a lot of dishes. I really recommend this house.

The home was roomy and spacious when i needed to get a hold of manager he answered tight away and fixed our concerns. The only down fall was the home wasnt super clean my hisband had to fix the vaccum and garbage disposal also we had no eash clotjrs and the pool cur sticks were broken

Our host Ricky was just wonderful! Upon. Check in we found the residence to be a disaster! Tons of broken appliances beds were dirty floors were not clean beds and dressers were held up by wooden pieces. Ricky instantly refunded us 300$ and let us have a late check out on our last day. He was very easy to get a hold of and even personally called me when things weren’t going great. Overall the residence was a 4/10 and Ricky was a 10/10! Thank you again!

Perfect Vacation House

We had a group of 10 people ranging from ages 7 to 61. This house was the perfect size for us. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Never ran out of hot water when everyone was taking showers. The location was great for our vacation. We visited Universal and several Disney parks which were only about 20 to 30 minutes away depending on traffic. The house had its own pool and had access to a community pool which was great when all 10 wanted to swim together. The only issue we had was the air conditioning quit working one day while we were at a theme park, and we came home late to a hot house. The owner and manager were easy to get in touch with. The issue was fixed early the next morning. I will definitely stay at this house again if we choose to visit the area again. Loved it!

Pall Mall house

House a disgrace. Floors filthy and pools of cleaning liquid everywhere that had not been wiped, carpet’s filthy, door hanging off dryer, no handle on fridge, chicken pieces in the pool, bbq too filthy to eat off of and only half a grate. I would like to request the $80 paid for that back to us. Barely any pots or pans. Had to clean the whole house top to bottom. Had to wash all bedding and even pillows. One bed had sheets covered in a bloody yellow coloured liquid, which came off when I washed them! I have pics of it all. Also discovered most of the pots and towels thrown in the garbage outside completely ruined. Pool table was ruined and all pool cues were broken. Property manager promised new ones that never came and towels which also never arrived. We went out and bought our own cleaning supplies and pots in order to cook. There were no lights in the pool or spa, which was supposed to be fixed but never happened. We were told that 15 individuals had been there a month and just left the morning we arrived. The place was a complete disaster. There was a man’s boot (one boot) under one bed, balloons under another, water bottles and Kleenex under others. The upstairs bedroom windows were covered in thick blackmold which we cleaned. Also noted most windows on top floor are screwed shut. Would that not be a safety issue?! I could go on but will stop here. We made it work because we had too but it definitely was not worth what we paid and certainly a lot cleaner when we left.

Perfect Relief. Great Host.

We booked the home last minute. Needed to get away. Getting away from the cold. I have been booking another property for years. Missed out on our usual spot. Lucky I did. This home and host was amazing!!!! I have to say, the home owner was really responsive from the beginning. He actually tried to stop our booking. Crazy!!!He had warned us that the home might have a little smell in it as he just painted the whole home and replaced all of the mattress so they might be a little hard. What home owner, who actually bettered their property, would actually say this and try to convince us not to not to a book his property. I was like , you’re crazy Rick, I want to come even more because everything is new. Let’s just say, it was one of the best vacations in awhile for my family and I. We are older and didn’t want to do Florida parks. So staying at home was perfect. Plus, with the crazy cold in Florida,😤, it just made sense to stay at home. We did have an issue. Little bugs started coming inside the home. Clearly, the cold brings everyone inside. Lol. I guess like local Floridians, even the bugs don’t like the cold. I understood Florida and bugs. Coming here for over 2 decades. Called Rick and it was taken care of the next day. He actually called his pest company and his manager to come in the home and take care of the problem. Amazing response times. I wrote this because I wanted people to know what type of home owner Rick is. You are a gentlemen sir. I appreciate your quick response and appreciated more that you always tried to fix and or explain what ever had to be done. Next time we come to you Rick, hopefully we won’t leave cold to come too cold. Thx Jayden

Best Trip To Florida Yet

We stayed at Ricky’s home in January for a few days with some friends. The location was very convention and close the everything! The property was located in a beautiful and very safe village that was well taken care of. The home was in great condition and had all the facilities you could ask for. Ricky always responded promptly to any questions we had. This is not our first time visiting this property and definitely won’t be our last! Thanks Ricky

Awesome Host, OK House

My family of 11, 6 adults and 5 children, stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas. This lovely house has plenty of rooms/beds for all of us. It was adequatey clean upon arrival. The house is showing its age as far as plumbing, appliances, doors etc. Ricky is the ultimate host though and was readily available to assist with inadequacies. Ricky, you are a 10/10

Overall our stay was great. House was spacious and well laid out. We did have to change a battery in a smoke detector and clean the bbq before using it but other than those small issues the house was great.
