Each apartment has a complete kitchen, living room with sofa bed and dining room, in total you will find 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for a total of 10 sleeping places plus 6 additional sleeping places on request (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 16 people. High-level finishes. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Plenty of room for our family of 11. Clean, close walking to shops and restaurants, but out of the crowded area. Communication upon arrival was excellent. Highly recommend.

Nice for large groups

Great location close enough to all the major attractions to walk or take the vaperotto. Restaurants, cafes, grocery store, and pharmacy all with in walking distance. Highly recommend this updated apartment.

We loved our stay at Residence Modern Art 3. We had a party of 16 and plenty of room for everyone. The apartments were cool and clean, which was much appreciated in a heat wave. The hosts helped us coordinate a private taxi from Venice Marco Polo airport and we were close to everything! Many local restaurants in the area and we could walk to everything! Great place to stay for an amazing trip to Venice!
