We live in a FAMILY cove so unless you are traveling with a family friendly group, looking to relax and enjoy the Lake in a family friendly way, this is not for you! If relaxing family fun with room for all the kids and grandkids is what you are looking for, with great respectful neighbors, in a perfect location, then Book This Now!!*****

Spacious 5 Bed 5 Full Bath House in the heart of Osage Beach is ready for your next family trip! Bring your boat and use one of our slips FOR FREE. Our 12x36 slip is big enough for almost any boat you will bring and there is even a place to park your trailer! Plenty of parking right by the front door!
This house really does have it all. Huge Master Suite with Private Balcony overlooking the Lake. Watch the boats roll through the main channel while enjoying the protection of a quiet deep water cove! Enjoy the huge upper sun deck right off the kitchen or the screened porch just off the basement BAR! The ultimate hangout however is down on the dock where the whole family can play and swim off the enormous swim platform all day and night! We even have a new slide into the lake for kids and adults alike!!!
Kitchen has newer Granite Counters and is fully stocked for cooking a big meal for the whole crew! Take a 30 second car ride to Dierbergs just up the hill and you are in business!
Upstairs the Master has a Nice King Bed, huge jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. It is in the perfect spot in the house to get away from the hustle and bustle of the weekend when you need to! Private and Relaxing with incredible lake views, what more could you want?!?
2 Bedrooms Upstairs have bunk beds and their own living area / sitting room for the kiddos to watch a movie and have their own space! A Full Bath serves both of these bedrooms which is super convenient!
2 Bedrooms on the main floor are quiet and each have a comfy queen bed. One of them even has its OWN En Suite Bathroom while the other is steps away from another full bath. The bedrooms are huge so if you need to bring air mattresses or pack-n-plays, you will still have tons of room!
The Basement is where the fun is at! Incredible stacked stone bar with lake views (of course!) and wonderful entertainment area for watching the big game or throwing in a movie. Futon and couches down here make an excellent additional sleeping area for 4-6 people plus lots of floor space! Another full bath serves this area and makes a super convenient place to shower off after swimming in the Lake or coming off of the boat! Walk right out to the screened porch to enjoy the cool nights where the bugs can't get ya! Laundry room is also in the basement so you can keep things clean during those longer stays!

Family Vacation

Great location and facilities. Family members from 19 to 83 thoroughly enjoyed visit to Osage Beach and our home stay. Everything was perfect and only problem we encountered was quickly resolved. Highly recommend this VRBO!

This was the perfect house for our Lake weekend! LOVED the dock. Kitchen was well equipped and there was more than enough room for our group. Parking was ample, which is rare for a lake house. The owner was very helpful and accomodating.

Great location definitely a family area. At 10pm its dead quiet. Had an open slip for our rental boat. Great dock. Altho its lift is alittle noisy an busy lake days. Nothing a little grease wouldn't fix. The furniture is a little different than in photos but its an upgrade. We will book again !

We had 5 families stay here for a baseball tournament this week. We had a great time. Beautiful location, spacious living space, nice dock with swimming area, and lots of fun activities close to this house. It was perfect for our crew. John was great to address any issues we had quickly.

John is a great host! He gets back to you quickly when you have questions. There were 15 of us and home accommodated us perfectly, plenty of parking, conveniently located, and the dock was huge. This is the 2nd time we stayed here and John has done more updates since our first time!

No electric skillet to cook on for a big family, no can opener that works, small old pots & pans . Not set up at all for cooking meals for a family. The grill was not safe to use, and parts of the deck and stairs down to the deck are unsafe. We will not be returning.

Great home & huge dock!

This home was big enough to accommodate our large family. We spent most of our time on the huge dock! The owners always got back in touch with me immediately and answered all our questions. The only thing that would have been helpful was to have extra toilet paper and paper towels, but we drove to the local grocery store which was only minutes away. The best thing was that our family could all be together!

Over all a very good week. For us we like a smoother lake We did find a smoother part on our last day there; but, a little ways away. It was over by the park which was very pretty. Saw a few deer there. We also like a little more room around the outside but this place has two great decks with one screened in. There is shade on the top deck somewhere pretty much all during the day. The fishing was great. All who fished caught some big ones. The kids enjoyed the slide and the waves by the dock as they swam. Shopping, restaurants right up the road. Good times!

Perfect place for several families with kids!

Perfect location on the lake and close to everything on land which was VERY handy!! Our kids LOVED the slide on the dock and the adults loved the size of the dock. We spent as much time fishing, swimming, hanging out on dock as in house.. definitely a selling point. We found that with our large group, there are many areas for everyone. Kids had their hang out spots and so did adults. The owner is one of best we have experienced the in response time and providing info about experience. Our kids loved the bunk beds and took over those 2 rooms of house with adjoining living sitting area. We would definitely recommend and stay again! They have games and plenty of entertainment. Close to state park for skiing and tubing, close to plenty of restaurants by water. We have came to Ozarks every year for about 15 and renting places.. for many reasons, this is one of our favorites!!!

Good location, poorly maintained

This property is not being maintained for the price we paid. We are not demanding folks but there were a lot of areas of the home that needed maintenance and cleaning. Broken screen door leading from the porch to the dock, outside appearance was really messy and dirty, etc. Basics like bathroom soap missing, dirty carpeting on the stairs and hardwoods and tile weren’t clean. Wi-fi password hadn’t been updated. We made the best of it but we won’t be back and cannot recommend it to others.

Absolutely Wonderful Property and Location!

This house is beautiful, with plenty of space for entertainment and sleeping. Incredible views, with a fantastic dock. The house is in a prime location close to many of the restaurants, bars, and water activities/rentals. The property owner was very easy to communicate with as well. Was such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend staying here!

Would stay again!

We had a group of 16 people, adults and older teenagers-we all had a great time. The dock area is great as some sun and some shade, so there was a place for everyone where they wanted to be-plus the slide was great fun! A couple of issues in that there was no extra TP or garbage bags, (or propane), but the owner was super responsive and had supplies delivered to us right away. Although it didn't bother us, the house could probably use a deep clean (as stated in other reviews), but think that's more of an issue with the cleaning people, not the owner. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back!

Why they chose this property

Location is KING! You are literally 1 minute from the Outlet Mall, Dierbergs, Minor Mikes, Pappo's Pizza, Wobbly Boots BBQ, Panera, and Andy's Frozen Custard (just to name a few!). By water you are 1 cove away from Backwater Jacks on one side and Dog Days on the other and very short boatrides to Redhead Yacht Club, Frankie and Louies, Paradise, and so many more. Huge Main Channel Views but Deep enough in a cove that kids can swim without issue! This spot can't be beat! Right off the Parkway and 2 minutes from the interstate means when you hit the lake after a long drive, you are HERE, not driving another 30 minutes to your place.

What makes this property unique

Our dock is the perfect summer hang out and the fact that we have a slip for you to bring your own boat separates us from the rest. Add in the fact that we have 5 bedrooms that are all perfectly set up and a basement bar for hanging out in, and you have the perfect combination! Look around the lake and then you will see, this is the place to have it ALL! Oh and the views!!! Wow!!!
