All the rooms (dining room, bedrooms, and kitchen) are very spacious and face the outdoors. It offers views of La Cerdanya and Llivia Castle. The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. Ideal for families (up to 8 people; 4 beds and 8 mattresses). SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The space
The apartment features a spacious, sun-filled dining room with a fireplace and a 65-inch TV, complete with a table perfect for your lunches or dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer, toaster, hand blender), and has everything you need to prepare your best dishes. The double bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathtub and a small desk, while the other two bedrooms each feature a balcony, a side table, and closets. The house has Wi-Fi (fibre) and heating with a thermostat so you can adjust it to your liking. In short, it’s just like home. Parking space and lift available.

Perfect for enjoying the mountains and nature in every season of the year. Ideal for both summer and the ski season. It’s very close to many ski slopes: Font Romeu, Masella-Molina, Les Angles, etc...

. Llívia is undoubtedly the culinary hub of La Cerdanya… less than a 5-minute walk away you’ll find Can Cofa, Can Ventura, La Caleche, and others (our favourites), as well as a bakery (Petit Quixal) and a supermarket. On Saturdays, there’s the Llívia market, where you can find the best local products, and if you feel like treating yourself, La Formatgeria de Llívia is just 5 minutes away. Llívia has a playground and youth park just 5 minutes away, where you can also enjoy the hot springs next to the pool (check opening hours). You can’t leave without taking the “fuetes” trail or hiking up to Llívia Castle.
