Welcome to our newly renovated apartment situated on Yemenite Quarter's lively streets. Located at Yona Hanavi 37, on the 1st floor of a Tel Aviv building with an elevator, this 100 sq.m apartment boasts modern decor and high-quality furnishings. The spacious living area provides a comfortable space for relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Step out onto the 5 sq.m balcony and enjoy the fresh air. Despite being in an older building with construction nearby, our apartment offers a newly renovated interior and is just a stone's throw away from the beach.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property, allowing them to enjoy the privacy and comfort of their own space. Additionally, we provide access to the HolyGuest app, offering local recommendations, guidebooks, and in-room services such as food delivery and Shabbat catering.

We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Fresh linens, towels, and essential bath products are provided. If desired, you can order upgraded Welcome packs prior to your arrival. Additional services such as early check-in, late check-outs, midstay cleanings, and baby cribs or high chairs are available upon request and subject to availability. Please note that non-Israeli residents are not required to pay VAT; however, all guests must present a valid passport photo and tourist visa upon arrival to avoid a 17% VAT charge.
