The large living room opens entirely onto the terrace with a fantastic view over the ocean. It is furnished with large armchairs with curved lines as well as a deep sofa for relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen is located at the back of this beautiful open space where the trade winds gently blow and bring a pleasant feeling of well-being. Wall frames, black and white photographs, woven rugs, cozy cushions and refined decorative objects create a peaceful atmosphere you will enjoy immersing yourself in, as time seems to be suspended.

On the terrace, a beautiful alfresco dining room which can accommodate up to six guests is set up under the covered area for delightful dinners in the gentle Caribbean air. There is also a pleasant outdoor lounge, the perfect place to sip a drink or have a chat in the mild air of Saint-Barth. At the front, there is a splendid swimming pool in front of the ocean view, surrounded by lounge chairs perfect for sunbathing, reading or relaxation sessions. The tropical vegetation of the hills provides a lovely green touch to this enchanting setting, between tall palm trees and local shrubs.

The luxury villa offers three beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with ocean views and en-suite bathrooms. They feature king size beds and office areas in a very refined decor. Two bedrooms are located on either side of the living room and open onto the terrace with pool, while the third one has a private balcony with a breathtaking view over the blue waters of St. Barth.
