This cosy apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate up to four guests.

The lower floor integrates the living room and kitchen, providing comfort and practicality to the space. The living room features a Smart TV, an elegant dining table for four diners, and a comfortable sofa bed with capacity for two people.
On the upper floor is the spacious bathroom with shower and the bright bedroom with a double bed, which also has access to a private terrace, ideal for enjoying at any time of the day.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
