Located on an unique 2 acre lot that overlooks open water . Enjoy swimming on our private beach with 820' of waterfront. This property is a rare find on lake LBJ . This house sleeps 30 people comfortably. 6,500sqft. home 6 bedrooms and 5 and half bathrooms. Enjoy 2 living rooms for some privacy. new outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, large gas grill and a big green egg. two pergola patios off the swimming pool areas, enjoy a fire by the pool . Additionally features include a large covered boat dock which includes 2 boat slips and a jet ski ramp. underwater fishing lights. Volleyball ball net. Beach towels.. We have plenty of parking. Our family wants your family to enjoy and have a stress free vacation. Our lakehouse property is private and unique with the fact that you will have 2 acres surrounded by water. Basically bring the family and some food and I make sure you have everything else. We live locally and can always be reached if needed. But we respect of your privacy and never come to the lakehouse unless the renters have given us permission. . I do have a social media—- Vive El Sueno 😀 book .

The house was MORE than we could dream of! We had 16 people, 3 generations, gather for family reunion and every amenity was well used and so appreciated: pool, hot tub, volleyball, kayak, pool table and foosball; also fire pit! The response time was short for 2 items: heating pool and access to life vests for the kids.

Very nice home in a quiet cove! Our large family had a great time during our 5 night stay. The pool, kiddie pool, beach, lake access, paddleboards and kayaks, were all fantastic. The house was clean and exactly as listed. Great kitchen and family gathering spaces. The beds were comfortable.

The property was perfect. We took a group of seniors for their post prom weekend and the house was amazing. It fit everyone nicely and had tons of amenities to keep the kids occupied. Bradlee and Shannon were wonderful to work with.

Birthday trip

Multiple families with children gathered to celebrate a birthday. This house was perfect! There were paddle boards, a paddle boat, and kayak for everyone to use on the water. We had the pool heated, so even in the chilly December mornings and evenings everyone was able to enjoy the pool. And the house had more than enough room for the 26 of us! The host was quickly responsive to any questions. Everyone had a wonderful time, and it is definitely a trip that will be remembered!

Fabulous family reuion

This house is huge. Plenty of sleeping spaces for our 20 adults and 6 kids. Several great patio areas. The shady, grassy yard is very large and well maintained. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. We rented a pontoon and two jet skis which were very easy to park at the dock. The kitchen was well stocked. Only things missing in the house were shower soap, shampoo and hand towels.

Great for large groups!

We had a group of 30 people (12 parents, 18 kids), celebrating our recent high school graduates. This property was perfect for our group! Bedrooms were spread out so people could have privacy, but not be too far away from the action. The volleyball court, swimming pool, and pool table were in frequent use, and it was nice to be able to use other toys like the paddleboards and kayak. The chilled pool was very refreshing on a hot Texas summer day! Overall, everyone had a great time, and the owners were very responsive for a couple of questions we had during the stay.

Circle drive is HORRIBLE!!!

The house claims to sleep 30. There would be no way to get them there unless they used a bus. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac. One way in one way out. So when I see that there is a circle drive I assume I can take the boat to the house to unload the truck and then go launch. 3 hours later after maneuvering the truck and trailer we get it turned around. Went to the boat house. The boat hoist was totally messed took me two hours to fix it. The basketball goal was broke. None of the video games in the game room worked. Great Lot and the HVAC worked well. This house is not your best bang for your buck. Would not rent again

Overall excellent for our needs

Had a group of 18 or so for a get together weekend. Easy place to stay, Kitchen is well stocked and tons of beds! House is big but was hardly ever in it other than to cook and sleep. Pool is great, hot tub and beach are really good. Great place to just hang out and enjoy lake like. We pulled our own boats and having access to such a close boat ramp was super convenient. Couldn’t have been better.

The best property in Kingsland

I was looking for a location that could accommodate my adult children and their families and maybe a couple other family members--about 20-25 in all. We ended up with 10 adults and 9 children. This was the perfect location. There was plenty of space both in the house and outside. The kitchen had more than enough space to allow several cooks. The bedrooms were spread out. We designated one room as the kids dorm room and I never heard a sound from their room (and it wasn't just because they were quiet and watching TV). We all fell in love with this property and want to return for another stay.

Awesome Family Vacation

We had the best family vacation at this house. We had 28 people- Grandparents, adults, kids and babies and there was space and something to do for everyone. The cove location was perfect for kayaking and stand up paddling. The pool and baby splash pool were fantastic. What a beautiful property. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to the Mills for the best stay!!
