Property Description: The 1-story, 4,000 sf- 6 bedrooms, 5 bath home

Enjoy almost an acre of lake front beautifully shaded privacy. There is plenty of room to play on almost an acre of private waterfront property. This jewel has only a neighbor on one side and looks across the Mrs. Moss land trust with 3 miles of pristine undeveloped hill country property. The house has perfect orientation with no west sun. Relax on a spacious porch and decks that catches the prevailing Summer Breezes. The house is around 4000 sq. ft. that has been recently renovated, painted and with new furniture and includes a private Pool side suite. The house will accommodate up to 24 people generously. The location is convenient to lake side living. You will be less than a mile to public boat ramp, lake side gas pumps, live bait store, HEB, and local cuisine.


Water Activites: Located on Lake LBJ which is a constant level lake. Enjoy fishing and kayaking. The open water is perfect for water skiing, tubing and other fun water activities. There is a boat ramp conveniently located a few doors down for a small fee.

Amazing property!

This location has it all! My golfing buddies and I (6) had such a great time. The accommodations are amazing, and between the pool, gameroom, and amazing access to the river, our group was easily able to take our boat out in the evening with a great central location. We look forward to coming back soon!

Some of my friends and I stayed here for our Fraternity Formal in Austin. This house, the owners, and the lake were exactly what we needed and did not disappoint at all. Everyone who stayed at the house was complimenting the pool, beds, the view, kayaks, and game room. Awesome time and 100 percent worth the drive!!

Great house! Great location on the lake!

This is the second time we stayed here. It is great for a group of about 18. We really enjoy the location that the house is on the lake and the property is very well-kept. The property managers are really good. I would highly recommend this place for a large group.
