Luxury WATERFRONT home with HEATED POOL AND SPA Sleeps 28+

A modern style freshly renovated 3,500 square ft lake front property on Lake LBJ!

The property is located in a no-wake cove off the busy lake, perfect for swimming and fishing. Dredging was recently completed in 2022 around the swim deck about 20’+ out from concrete swim deck. Depth should be about 8’+ deep or more to allow our guest to jump into the lake any style you want, however, We do ask that you do not dive in head first for your safety! There is (2) green fishing lights installed to attract fish at night, some of the best fishing happen at night!

Tired of swimming in the lake? Then jump into our heated/chilled pool with attached spa. Spa is large for 6-10 guest at one time. Pool comes with a built in pool cover for the safety of our guest and is controlled via app for the duration of your stay. Heat for pool does come with an additonal fee starting at $350 for your stay, but the spa is free of additonal charge.

Our home has everything included and is equipped with a boathouse overlooking the cove, and an indoor and outdoor kitchen with a propane grill. Entertainment outside includes outdoor TV, corn hole boards, 2 Kayak’s, 2 SUP boards, a floating swim pad and Lilly pad available for use, along with a huge furnished concrete pad for fishing/fun/sun/relaxing. On our concrete pad you will find a well furnished seating area and a pergola with fans and electricity to sit back and relax and mingle near the water. All of this is topped off with an outdoor/WiFi Sonos stereo system that is easily accessible via any device connected to the property wide WiFi.

All TV’s in the home are “smart” and in the boathouse you will find video games to play between all your water activities.

Bringing your boat or Ski’s? Please let us know ahead of time so that we can arrange details for you or arrange for our boat slip to be available. Our guests will have access to a boat launch located directly in our backyard. Dock cleats are on our concrete pad for tying up as well. Jet ski and boat slips are available for an additional fee.

Bringing your furry friends? Our property is 100% fenced off but will allow your furry family member into every room on the property. Additionally, pets are welcome inside just please keep them off the furniture. : ) Additional fee of $200 applies.

NorthShore is a property where you can bring your family, friend or even co-workers and leave with everlasting memories! Y’all will be asking to come back, guaranteed! : )

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean grills. Remove coals if charcoal was used.
Cover pool and spa. Put pool toys away
Put SUP boards and kayaks away. Store the 5 paddles on the bracket near the kayaks
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must shower off prior to entering Spa/Pool. IF Spa/Hot tub REQUIRES DEEP CLEANING AFTER GUEST CHECKOUT, THERE WILL BE A $350FEE.

Our group loves everything about this place including all the space and amenities. The layout of the separate buildings and bedrooms works so well for large groups. It is very well stocked with everything you may need and the outdoor area is massive. Can’t wait to come back again!

This was a great place for our large family to stay. There are two bunk rooms and lots of beds. Be aware one is rather far from the house and up stairs with no bathroom. It was fine for our 20-somethings though. Lots of sitting areas and area to play. The outdoor TV was great for the football games!I do not recommend paying for the “heated pool.” It never got even a little warm, definitely way too cold to swim in, but I couldn’t get the 300 back.I have not received my very large deposit back, so I hope I don’t regret this Excellent rating. We do hope to go back, maybe in the summer.

Awesome place for a family reunion!

We had our family reunion here, and it was wonderful! Everyone enjoyed easy access to the lake and the pool, as well as the kayaks, paddleboards, and a lily pad provided for guests. There was plenty of room for family meals, and the common areas were spacious. We used the outdoor kitchen/grill several times. Every family unit had their own bedroom, and the older children loved the bunkbed room. We would love to come back again.

Great Family Getaway

Our annual family Vacation out of State was cancelled this year so we decided to all meet up at the Lake for a long weekend. This house was perfect for our 5 families and 6 kids. Everything was clean, plenty of room for every one to have a bed, and great seclusion from the busy lake set off in a cove. Would recommend to any large group and plan to stay here again!

We stayed at this property as a group for a family reunion. We had a few questions before our stay and the communication with the owner was very easy, with a quick response time. Perfect Family Getaway!

We have family in the area and wanted everyone together for Christmas. This house was everything we wanted and more. The space was perfect for our big family to spread out but also get together under one roof or the outdoor area to enjoy each other’s company. We left already planning our next stay. The host, Jay was available even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. A new family tradition was born and many more memories were made!

Originally from the South Florida area, The Martin clan moved to Central Texas in 1997 where eventually they started a successful landscaping company in 2003. From there the 3 children of the Martins have grown into management roles within the company and have started their own families. All of us have stayed close and often vacation together, never missing a birthday or many holidays.

Why they chose this property

Originally a family of 5 that has grown into a family 15, and with family vacations becoming harder to do with the amount of rooms/space needed, the thought of owning our own vacation getaway was born. Our love for the "Lake Life" brought us to Kingsland, TX the constant level lake and slow atmosphere is what drew us in. We could not wait to start creating memories for our children and grandchildren.

What makes this property unique

We searched for months looking for the perfect spot. First we wanted to have some privacy and yard space for the little kids and the furry friends. Then of course we needed plenty of outdoor space for entertainment purposes. Plenty of rooms for our large family and still space for our friends. Outdoor kitchen/fire pit was ideal and calm waters to swim was a must.

This place had it all plus some!
