We have a total of 4 bedrooms, and 3 and a half baths with a formal dining room, informal eating area, great room, nook and TV room, formal living room, and a large kitchen with a large center island and walk in pantry, and a large laundry room.
. All the rooms in the house have windows with natural light making for a cheerful environment. All the bedrooms are on the second floor and all are large rooms with either walk in closets or double closets. The master bedroom has a king size bed a large walk in closet and windows on two sides for lots of natural light. It also has a large flat screen TV. The master bath has a shower, double sink and vanity and tub It also has heated floors.. In the spring the windows in the bath look out over our blooming Dogwood trees. We have three other large bedrooms, two with King size beds and a third with a queen size bed. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom with a double vanity and a heated floor and the third bathroom has its own bathroom with a shower and tub.
In addition on the second floor is another room with a queen size sleeper sofa, two chairs and a large flat screen TV, great for the young folks in your group.
On the first floor is the kitchen with a large center island, and off of the kitchen is a family dining area overlooking our back yard and patio area. There is a double sided gas fireplace opening on both sides to the kitchen, and the great room.
The great room has floor to ceiling windows windows on one side, 30' ceilings, a large comfy sofa, two chairs with an ottoman and a large flat screen TV. In addition the first floor has a well appointed half bath. There is a formal dining room with windows over looking the front porch and yard and also on the same side of the first floor a formal living room with a door that open to our wrap around front and side porch. The house is appointed with the very best furnishings and original art work throughout the house. We also have a large 3 car garage.
The house is conveniently located to many of central Pennsylvania's most visited places. We are 30 minutes to Hershey, 15 minutes to Harrisburg, 30 minutes to Gettysburg, and 45 minutes to Lancaster County and all the Amish and Pennslyvania Dutch venues and attractions in that area. We are also 90 minutes from State College and Penn State University. PLEASE WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY EVENTS, WEDDINGS ETC. AT OUR HOME.
