This 2 bedroom house has been recently updated. It has a large back yard with a small section of it fenced in. All rooms are on the same floor with only a few steps at the front porch. Central Air included.
The couch and an ottoman can both be used to sleep additional people. Be sure to stop at Marysville Diner!
Potty trained small breed Pets are allowed for a 39.00 fee per pet, medium or large breeds need to have approval and will have a higher fee.
Walking distance to Sheetz and dollar general.
Great location if you enjoy the outdoors like hiking or fishing. 90’ driveway allows you to park a truck with us boat.
