Luxury 3-bedroom house with 2 car Garage for use in Car Show Carlisle, PA

This house is huge, homey and loaded with amenities! Recently remodeled, with all new appliances, Central Air and newly refurnished. Your whole group will be comfortable in this spacious house. Property has a full acre, is next to Rte. 81 access and is within walking distance of shopping center. House is 3 to 4.5 miles from the fairgrounds, depending how you go. Located at the end of a cul de sac, so there is ample privacy and a large driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles. There is a hot tub and more than enough room for 8 guests comfortably, with all having privacy. The game room doubles as an apartment for two guests with private bathroom. There are extras everywhere you look: Full kitchen with coffee maker (including filters and coffee!) toaster, dishwasher (dishwasher tabs provided,) Washer & Dryer (Tide Pods & dryer sheets provided,) first aid supplies in the medicine cabinet, extra towels in the linen closet, BATH ROBES for the HOT TUB which also has Beach Towels to dry off with. We wanted this to feel like a luxury home, so everything we could think of, has been provided-you can save money by buying food and cooking, or there are loads of great restaurants nearby. The extra long 2 car garage can keep your newly purchased treasure out of the weather, or you can just park inside. Enjoy a friendly game of poker, chess, checkers OR get raunchy playing "Cards Against Humanity." Each room has an alarm clock in case you have a schedule to keep. Fan of TV? There is Hulu, Netflix, HBOMax, Disney Plus and ESPN on every TV...which are in every bedroom and the living room. Each registered guest will be provided with a free pair of slippers to wear and take with you. Property is Ozone Sterilized after each guest checks out, so you will not "catch" anything from prior guests. NO toxic chemical cleaners used-everything is steam sterilized and only Mrs. Meyers cleaning products are used on non-porous surfaces, so you can safely eat anything dropped on the countertop without getting "free poison" added to your food.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put back any items used, such as the iron, ironing board or hair dryer from where you got them.
If you used the hot tub, make sure the hot tub cover is on and any robes used are placed in a laundry basket.
Remove any logins or personal information from TVs, if you logged into your own accounts.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not wear shoes on the carpet. If we have to shampoo the carpet due to stains you will be charged for that service.
No Smoking indoors. If you smoke indoors we will charge you $250 to fumigate the house.

Place was beautiful, clean, and affordable. The host was super friendly, and when an issue arose with opening the lockbox with the key during check-in, she was quick to help us figure it out. We had a blast and enjoyed every second of being there. We can't wait to go again! Also very, very easy drive to Carlisle's main street, and close by anywhere you'd need to go for groceries or anything else.

I love this house! I wanted to share how AWESOME Older homes are and how beautiful this park-like setting is. I have never been a host or a landlord, so this is my first attempt at "renting" a property. I wanted to provide all the things I hate not having when I travel: extra pillows and linens, first aid supplies, dishes to cook with, comfortable beds and furniture, Premium TV selections, games and fun to have on the property, a garage to park in out of the weather, etc.

Why they chose this property

This house is close to my job when I lived there and just so happened to be in a premium location for Carlisle Fairgrounds attendance. You are close enough to get there fast, but just far enough away NOT to be impacted by the horrible traffic immediately surrounding the fairgrounds.

What makes this property unique

An acre of park-like yard, 2 car garages you can use, a giant hot tub, all new high end appliances, Premium streaming services and a full service kitchen just like home, to help you save money on food
