Located on the picturesque Conde de Ibarra Street, our home offers you the perfect blend of comfort and Andalusian authenticity. You can explore all the iconic monuments of the city on foot, and thanks to its excellent connection to the train station, buses, and the airport, your arrival and departure will be smooth and uncomplicated.

Aware of the difficulty of parking in the centre, we offer you a solution: a spacious underground parking space in the same building. However, we recommend confirming availability and price before booking.

Upon entering the building, you will be greeted by an impressive Andalusian patio filled with plants that bring freshness and beauty to our space. Additionally, your privacy is guaranteed with a small private patio, equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying a relaxing coffee outdoors.

The interior of the apartment has been recently renovated, and the openness between the kitchen and the living room creates a spacious and bright atmosphere. Enjoy the comfort of a completely new bathroom with a modern shower, a cosy bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe, and a master bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the charming private patio.

But the surprises don't end there. On the rooftop of the building, you can relax and cool off in the communal pool from May to September (please check the exact opening and closing dates each year).

Our goal is to make your stay unforgettable, which is why we have equipped the apartment with everything you need. From complete tableware to quality amenities, including a travel crib for the little ones.
