Seasyde House, a charming 1780 Georgian estate, is nestled within a 150-acre property overlooking the scenic Tay Estuary and mud flats. The serene surroundings and elegant accommodations, comprising four bedrooms and four bathrooms, offer a tranquil retreat. The house, thoughtfully rebuilt by Robert Hunter, an associate of Robert Adam, features a delightful garden, including castellated hedges, frequented by red squirrels and rare bird species.

Guests can indulge in various activities, including croquet, tennis, and rejuvenating yoga sessions in the historic billiards room. The house exudes history, with portraits of Fiona's relatives adorning the drawing room walls, including the notable John Duke of Rothes, appointed Lord High Chancellor of Scotland by Charles II. Dining is a treat, with a table seating 12 and a private fully equipped kitchen, complete with an espresso machine, Spode teacups, and a Belling plate warmer.
