TD Torretta San Procopio Stone house with Pool

La Torretta di San Procopio is a pretty stone house nestled in a quiet setting a few kilometres from the centre of Castellana Grotte. A road bordered by majestic centuries-old olive trees leads to the house, which is completely surrounded by dry stone walls and has an electric gate. A well-kept garden frames the house, with numerous fruit trees and lawn. The main entrance gives access to the living room with wonderful stone vaulted ceilings, here there is a comfortable sofa bed with armchair and TV, for maximum relaxation. Passing under a stone arch we find a dining table and chairs, all in a combination of minimal modern style with a strong hint of typical Apulian style, given by the construction itself. Here there is a bathroom with a shower serving the house and a kitchenette equipped with every convenience.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a French window giving access to the outdoor patio area, which is shaded by a round table and chairs, a kitchen with induction hob and sink, and an area with sofas for enjoying convivial outdoor dining.  The garden includes a swimming pool (4x10 m) reached by a stone staircase adjacent to the patio, this is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, from where you can admire a view of the house and the surrounding countryside. There is also a strategically placed jacuzzi, complete with a special shower and sun loungers. Through the living room, a staircase, also in stone, leads to the first floor where there is the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. This room has exclusive access to the small terrace, equipped with sun loungers, where you can relax and admire the Apulian sunsets with a good glass of wine.
The nearest town is Castellana Grotte, famous for its natural caves. Here you will find large supermarkets for every need, as well as restaurants serving typical cuisine. Also not far away are Monopoli, and Polignano a Mare, with its historic centres by the sea, as well as Alberobello, Ostuni and much more.

Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves.
