First floor apartment located in the north end on quiet street and close to beach and beginning of the boardwalk. The unit was recently renovated with new floors, new walls, crown molding, new kitchen. Has outside shower, washer, dryer, garbage disposal, microwave. Located between St. James (where the boardwalk begins) and North Street (where The Gardens begins). Great area for biking and walking . Rates vary from $1600 in May and early June to $2200 in high season, lowering again in late August and September.

I have owned 839 Stenton for 21 years and have usually rented my first floor for both winter and summer rentals. For the last 8 years the same family has rented this apartment for the entire summer; however, their children are now involved in sports in their hometown. They really loved their stay here.
Why they chose this property
839 is situated on a beautiful street surrounded by wonderful, friendly neighbors. Past renters have loved the pretty porch and the coziness of the inside. Weekly rates are very reasonable.
What makes this property unique
Its obvious close proximity to the beach makes for a very short trip to the beach. Stenton Place is the first street without the boardwalk, giving a sweeping view of the ocean, yet giving quick access to the start of the boardwalk right on St. James.
