Rental met our needs for the trip. Ground floor access, quiet neighborhood and privacy. Apartment was clean. Host communication was excellent and our needs were met quickly. Thanks!
Great stay, clean, lots of sundries, hair dryer, kitchen well supplied, laundry in rental, excellent location. Quiet stay and great beds! Highly recommend.
House was clean and in nice neighborhood. Bit disappointed with the view outside of the house as mountains were hard to see with trailer parked next door. House was warm as humidifier was running when checked in & was very loud. We just needed a clean house to sleep-in, so for our purposes it was nice.
Property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and as described. Our stay in Anchorage was to relax after some travelling up north, so the property was exactly what we needed.
When I could not find a hotel room in Anchorage ( a safe, quiet one ) for less than $400-500 per night, I searched on Vrbo and found this property for rent. The price was amazing! It was sparkling clean, quiet, and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was older, in Muldoon, but quiet.
Jessica went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. We felt welcome and had everything we needed for ten days in Alaska. This house is not on the best side of town, but was close JBER and easy access to highways and close to downtown Anchorage. We really enjoyed our stay.
The property was very clean, comfy beds, great shower pressure and most importantly the owner was very responsive and helpful! Having coffee there was a life saver and the snacks are much appreciated too as we were coming from a cruise ship in Seward and arrived later in the evening! The check in process was seamless!
Property was as described and as pictures showed. Kitchen and bath nicely stocked for those forgotten items! Very neat and clean! Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to our destination. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!
This place was a great place to stay close to Air Force base I had business on. Cozy and fully furnished with everything I needed. Easy check in and check out would 100% stay here again.
This was a great place to land after flying from the east coast of Canada. We were happy for the comfortable beds and good towels! The unit is situated a short drive from food supplies at Walmart Supercenter and bear spray at the incredible Bass Pro Shop (an unexpected attraction!!) the Alaska Native Heritage Center. It is also an easy drive downtown.
This basement apartment was clean, comfortable, and had some nice touches and amenities. As other reviews mention, it is a bit dated and parts of the neighborhood are a little run down.
Owner waits until day of check in to share door code which is unique in my vast experience. That leaves the renter with little recourse should the owner be incapacitated for any reason. The minor bedroom is tiny as is the shower. Amazing view. Bed in major bedroom sinks in the middle and my wife and I found ourselves on top of one another frequently, unfortunately not by choice.
We were attending an event at the Native Cultural Center and we could get there quickly and easily from this location. It was comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed.
Owners were extremely friendly and accommodating! Home was very clean and adorable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
