The Space:
High above the shoreline, where the Pacific stretches wide and trade winds drift through open air, you'll find a calm, elevated perch in the heart of Waikiki. From the 18th floor of the Waikiki Banyan, ocean views unfold beyond your private lanai - a steady backdrop whether you're starting the morning with coffee or watching city lights come alive after sunset. The beach is just a short stroll away, and everything Waikiki offers is within easy reach.
Living space
The condo is a single-level, air-conditioned space with a bright, open layout connecting the living area and kitchen. Large windows draw in natural light and frame the ocean view throughout the day. The living room features a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa, offering a comfortable spot to unwind in the evenings. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage in a closet add to the ease of settling in.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door, providing privacy when it's time to rest. Two queen-size beds sleep up to four guests, with cotton bed linens, towels, and essentials provided for each. The sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space, best suited for children or shorter stays.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Whirlpool refrigerator, Kenmore stainless steel electric stove, Kenmore stainless steel single oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, rice maker, toaster, and baking sheet. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals without leaving the condo.
Bathroom
The full bathroom features a bathtub and shower combination with hot water, hair dryer, and Essentiel Elements bathe shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel provided. An iron is available in the unit, and paid washers and dryers are accessible in the building for longer stays.
Outdoor living
Step out onto your private lanai, furnished with outdoor seating and a dining area, to take in the ocean views and steady island breeze. Below, the building offers a shared BBQ grill, sun loungers, and an outdoor playground for families. Beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, so days by the water are easy and well-equipped.
Building amenities
The Waikiki Banyan is a family-friendly building with elevator access, an outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and shared sauna. Please note: the pool and hot tub are currently under renovation until April 2026. Shared beach access and free resort access are included for guests.
Parking & extras
Enjoy added convenience during your stay with laundry rooms on every floor (accessible via WASH-connect/WASH-card), easy access to trash rooms located at the end of each floor, and complimentary parking for one vehicle, saving you about $45–60 per day.
Convenience & access
Self check-in is available via keypad for flexible arrivals. High-speed wifi and an ethernet connection keep you connected throughout your stay. A private entrance provides easy, independent access to the building.

There is a very good bus system on the island, all buses stop in Waikiki.
Our property has a parking stall for our guests with car.

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)
The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
• A large heated swimming pool
• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.
PLEASE NOTE – FOR STAYS BEFORE MAY 18, 2026:
The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 18, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.

• A welcome starter kit with coffee, toiletries, and essentials is provided to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival; please note this kit is complimentary and not replenished during your stay.
• Free parking is included (maximum vehicle height: 6 ft). Large SUVs or lifted vehicles are not recommended. The garage is best suited for compact cars and mid-size SUVs.
• A parking pass will be available after check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please remember to return both the parking pass and keys at check-out to avoid additional fees.
• Be sure to review the Amenities section to confirm that everything you need is included.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances.
