Anaïs and Tara Villas, whose construction was finished in 2013, are like two twin sisters, the first green and the second grey. They are ideally situated in the heights of the town of Trois-Îlets in a new housing development.
They offer a magnificent sea view over the bay of Fort de France, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Apart from its natural ventilation, the private pool (2x3 m), known locally as a 'punch bowl' (bac à punch), is perfect for cooling off or enjoying the sun on the lounge chairs while enjoying a local drink. All of this is possible on our 40-sq.m deck.
An exterior gas griddle allows you to indulge your taste buds and is ideal for cooking fish, lobsters, or any kind of meat.
The villas have been lavished with the latest equipment, including a well-equipped and maintained kitchen that contains an oven, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer component, and a sufficient number of kitchen utensils.
Two charming 10-sq.m bedrooms each contain a king-size bed, air conditioning, and a private strongbox.
The air-conditioned living room serves as a TV room, with its flatscreen TV that receives Orange and Apple TV, as well as its sofa bed that can be used as a spare bed for two children (bringing the total capacity to 4+2, or 6 guests).
With its Wi-Fi connection, you can send your souvenir photos instantly, communicate with your loved ones, or access social networks.

Finally, the bathroom has a walk-in shower and storage, with separate toilets.

The house linen includes tea towels, large and small bath towels, and bedsheets. For a deposit, we can also lend you sarong-type beach towels if you'd like to lighten your luggage.

For fans of golf, the Empress Josephine Golf Course is just 1.5 km away and is a world-famous 18-hole course. And let's not forget going out to restaurants or shopping on the Pointe du Bout.
You can make strategic outings to the north of the island, its scenery reminiscent of Pirates of the Caribbean or Robinson Crusoe with its black-sand beaches, or Mount Pelée, a volcano. The south, with its white-sand beaches, is worthy of any postcard. The island's centre cannot be left out, with its rivers, hiking trails, and authentic experience.
