A breathtaking view of the entire Diamond Bay and Diamond Rock, Cherry Bay and the island of Saint Lucia, visible from all parts of the house and of course from the pool and terrace. An ideal location that will allow you to reach the beach of Diamant, the market and all the shops in 5 minutes and also join the RN 5 for your visits on FORT DE FRANCE, the north or the south of the island.
Most of the furniture and equipment are new.
Completely independent this villa bottom has been designed to make you enjoy the most of our mild climate with its large terrace of 40m ² on which is the beautiful kitchen, a bar for a coffee or a drink facing the sea, the space meals and a relaxing lounge, you will spend most of your time there.
You will have two air conditioned bedrooms each with a closet and each a private bathroom. A large living room will allow you to comfortably watch the TV (large flat screen).
Back from a day of ballad, you will appreciate the swimming pool and its large deck equipped with 4 deckchairs.
With the sea as your horizon, your stay will be unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie and Eric's Villa. They gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and were attentive to our needs during our stay. It was well supplied with essentials that allowed for a comfortable stay. The Patio and the view were amazing. Highly recommended.

The hosts were very welcoming. We felt the amenities came up short. The view, the pool, the outdoor kitchen were all very nice. The interior is dated. AC in both bedrooms but none in the interior living area. So very hot during the day. Beds were ok— showers and toilets ok. Washing machine was outside unit- no dryer. Glass garbage had to be taken down to a bus stop. In my VRBO experience that is the responsibility of the host. Also when we asked for extra toilet paper and garbage bags we were told that these amenities were not included in the contract even though toilet paper was included in amenities. So bottom line we enjoyed our time in Martinique but we felt this listing was overpriced.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the amenities, we would like to point out that in Martinique, a clothes dryer is unnecessary given our pleasant temperatures of 30°C. As for the air conditioning in the living room, our guests generally come to Martinique to enjoy the outdoors, and you are the first to make this comment in several years of operation. Concerning the glass, you were given specific instructions upon your arrival explaining that if glass was thrown away with the household garbage, the bins would not be collected. You disregarded this, so we were forced to sort your garbage to remove the glass, which, as you will agree, is not very pleasant. Thinking you hadn't understood, we reiterated our explanation, but to no avail, as we again had to sort your garbage. Finally, regarding the rental price, we believe that, unfortunately for you, the Canadian dollar - euro exchange rate (1.6) is not favorable.

Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos !! Propre et très bien équipée, la cuisine extérieure est super sympa.La vue est tout simplement incroyable, on ne s'en lasse pas. Nous avons eu un super accueil de Sophie et Eric, ils sont très agréables et prêts à vous rendre service pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux.Le frigo était rempli de produits de première nécessité, très pratique lorsque l'on arrive le dimanche et que tout est fermé, avec un très bon planteur préparé par leurs soins.A la fin de notre séjour, ils nous ont permis de partir un peu plus tard après 11h car personne n'arrivait après nous.Sophie et Eric, merci ! On a passé de merveilleuses vacances !

Magnifique!

Nous avons passé 11 jours en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) très agréables dans le logement d'Eric et de Sophie Le logement, très calme et fonctionnel, est idéalement situé pour rayonner dans le Nord et le Sud de la Martinique. La vue est à couper le souffle. Les propriétaires sont disponibles en cas de besoin, tout en étant très discrets. Les quelques petites attention à notre arrivée ont été plus qu'appréciables.Nous avons également bien profité de la superbe piscine à débordement.En bref, nous recommandons ce logement et y retournerons si nous revenons à la Martinique!!

Mieux qu'en photo

Le logement est parfaitement agencé avec ses deux chambres-salles de bains-WC indépendants. Mais le plus extraordinaire est à l'extérieur losque l'on découvre depuis la grande cuisine- terrasse la vue à couper le souffle sur toute la baie du diamant. Cette vue a marqué notre sejour que ce soit depuis la cuisine, la terrasse ou la superbe piscine à débordement. Les équipements sont complets et de qualité. Si on ajoute à cela la gentillesse des hôtes du lieu, on peut dire qu’extra-ordinaire est le mot qui caractérise le mieux notre séjour.

Un endroit formidable

Bel accueil de nos hôtes. La vue sur le Diamant est à couper le souffle. L’appartement est bien équipé et la piscine de bonnes dimensions. Nos hôtes ont été très discrets, nous avions notre intimité. Bref, un endroit idéal pour les vacances.

Séjour formidable

Nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaire, les propriétaires sont disponibles pour rendre notre séjour agréable avec une grande discrétion. Si vous avez besoin ils sont là si non, nous ne les voyons pas. Ils nous ont informé sur les visites intéressantes à faire. J'aimerais préciser que les photos que vous voyez sont réelles c'est beau, très propre et confortable l'air climatisé dans la chambre est silencieuse. Nous avons profité des beaux coucher de soleil. Nous avons vue de beaux bateaux de croisière au loin sur la mer c'était magnifique. L'endroit est formidable de 5 à 10 minute en auto pour se rendre à la mer, épicerie etc.. Gros merci Sophie et Erick pour ce beau séjour nous y retournerons c'est certain à bientôt.

Fabuleux séjour au Diamant

Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires Sophie et Eric absolument charmants, à notre écoute, nous avons pu échanger tout au long de notre séjours sur les restos à faire, les us et coutumes de la Martinique etc...... L'appartement était super refait à neuf avec une climatisation efficace et silencieuse.....super, une piscine à débordement un coin transat bref avec une vue fabuleuse sur le Diamant, un mini paradis à la Martinique. Bien situé nous avons également rayonné pour découvrir le charmes des anses de sable fin Encore merci Sophie et Eric pour votre gentillesse et votre super appartement- A recommander

Une maison de rêve !

La maison de Sophie et Eric est encore plus belle en vrai qu'en photo : la vue est absolument magnifique, la piscine et l'espace extérieur aussi (qui permet notamment de profiter de la vue). En outre, il y a tout le confort appréciable (climatisation, équipement de la cuisine, une jolie sdb pour chaque chambre) et la maison est particulièrement propre. Enfin, l'accueil qui nous a été réservé par Sophie et Eric était très agréable et facilitant. Bref, que du positif pour cette super maison bien située pour découvrir l'île !

Vue paradisiaque

Nous venons de séjourner dans cette villa avec nos 2 enfants pendant 10 jours. L’accueil de nos hôtes très chaleureuse et disponible . La villa était très propre comme j’aime , une bonne literie ( très important quand tu es en vacances ) Tout le confort a l’intérieur ainsi qu’à l’extérieur ( une belle terrasse , une piscine très appréciable après des randonnées !! Et bien sûr avec une vue de fou sur le Diamant 😎 Je recommande cette villa bien placée pour sillonner toute la belle Martinique.

Accueil amical et chaleureux, les propriétaires sont très discrets mais répondent présents si besoin. L'appartement a été renové récemment, literie, sanitaire et climatisation de bonne qualité. équipement de la cuisine parfait, on vit dehors avec une vue sublime.
