These condos were a perfect spot. Close to San Pedro center but still in a quiet little paradise. Everyone was easy to contact and addressed any issues we had right away. We will be staying here again.

This place was huge! Lots of space, 2 huge balconies, nice kitchen. Great location for both easy access to city life or secret beach. Fresh coffee/juice Market and convence store for anything you need. Friendly staff/security. Felt very safe and welcomed. Would stay again

Condo nice but loud. Support from vacasa horrible

There is a road right next to it thst is very loud so dont expect to sleep in. I has an issue with an alpliance in the condo and reached out day one for assistance. They never got anything sone in my whole week stay. I wont be using vacasa properties again.

An adequate apartment for the cost

Unfortunately, I have to grade this as a mediocre apartment. It sits on the road so road noise is pretty constant. The master bedroom needs a new mattress badly. Everything appears pretty dated. New paint would be nice. The shower in the hall barely worked. The complex does have a nice pool, but not enough deck chairs. The best thing about our stay was the young woman at the gate named Iris. She was sweet, communicative, and appeared to actually care about us. Gave us hugs as we left.

Disappointed in this unit.

The complex, as a whole, is ok. This unit C203 is not fit for paying renters. Wi-Fi is very weak, as we had to sit outside on the porch to get a signal, a new water heater and furniture are all required. On a positive note, it is a good size, and nicely located just north of the bridge and all the hustle and bustle of San Pedro itself.
