Two bedroom, two bathroom plus toilet, duplex apartment located in La Almadraba, a popular first line golf complex. The apartment has its own WiFi connection and is fully air conditioned. Downstairs you have the lounge with fireplace and access to the sunny terrace with views to the La Duquesa golf course, there is also a fully fitted kitchen kitchen and a cloakroom with toilet. Upstairs you have both bedrooms, the main one with an ensuite bathroom and balcony with views and lots of sun. Additional guest bathroom next to the second bedroom.
The apartment is situated in the complex of La Almadraba. This small and quiet complex has a communal swimming pool, children’s pool and underground parking. The complex is just a short walk to the marina and beaches.
