The ocean views were awesome both from the living room and kitchen. So nice to have breakfast gazing at the ocean. The apartment was clean and modern.It's a km away from the town where the supermarket is and maybe a 10 minute drive to the main city

Lovely apartment near the charming town of Negrito/Sao Mateus. We walked to the Imperio and to the church. Restaurante Pim Pam Pum was very good and we very much enjoyed Quebra Mar restaurante.

Perfect location

The overall stay here was amazing. A super clean, spacious place close to everything. Beds were comfortable. WiFi and all amenities worked perfect. Gated and super close to one of the best swimming holes on Terceira. The communication with the people in charge were great. They were there if we had any questions. I’m 100% going to be coming back to this very location. My wife and kids wanted to stay longer.
