This was my third time staying at the house and I will very likely come back. It is clean, well-maintained, and well-provisioned. There are threee very good restaurants nearby. It also has easy access to all the roads for getting around the island. If you are considering renting this property because it looks great in the listing, go for it. You will not regret it.

The comforts of home and more!

The owners were there to greet us and ensure we were comfortable when we arrived. Their home was clean, and had every comfort of home, we had a lovely stay! Beautiful, the pizza and outdoor grill was a lot of fun! Perfect location! We’d definitely be back!

Francisco was a wonderful host. Our flight was later in the evening. He met us at the house upon our arrival. It's spacious and perfect for outdoor eating. It's very well stocked with everything we could want. The location is great, just up from the pools. It's everything described and then some. We would stay here again

Beautiful home

The house was amazing and our hosts were fantastic! Just minutes from the beach where we watched incredible sunsets and just a block off the main road around the island, though you'd never know it, it was so quiet. Will stay here again if I ever get back to the islands. Three bedrooms on the main floor,, bed and futon in upstairs loft. Big dining room table and another on the patio. Lovely yard. It was a perfect home for our trip.

Best rental house we have had!

This was our favorite rental! Francisco was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was spotless, kitchen was well-appointed, plenty of towels and supplies, beautiful yard and covered porch (ate outside everyday), all bedrooms air conditioned. Driveway is steep on a blind corner but we managed just fine. Natural swimming pools, market, pastry shop and restaurants are a short walk or drive. Would rent here again in a nano second.

Friends from Canada

We were 5 friends staying at this property for 3 nights. The hosts greeted us when we arrived and gave us a thorough explanation of the property- a very nice touch. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. We most especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace and table and spent much of our time there. The house is a 10 minute walk to an outdoor swimming area and some food stalls. It is about 30 minutes to the airport. There is plenty of parking space if you have a car which I would highly recommend. The nearby town has a supermarket and a restaurant. A wonderful location.

Great house in great location

The house had everything we needed. Clean, very spacious and well equipped. Lots of outdoor space too with an outside table where we had all our meals. Our children loved the hammocks. We didn't have a hire car due to a mix up but it was easy to walk to the small shop in town (less than 10 min walk) and to the natural pools (less than 15 min walk). Also easy to get a taxi to Angra or the airport. The owners were extremely helpful. Very quick communication and they helped us when we forgot an item behind when we left , sending it on immediately to our next address. Thank you Francisco and Nelia. We would definitely go back!

Almost Perfect!

The hosts were gracious and helpful. They came in to town to have us follow them to the house, provided us much information about he island and even left us with a full bowl of freshly picked figs. The house itself was perfect. Large open spaces, nicely fitted, clean and very comfortable with all we could need. The front patio/outdoor kitchen (where we spent much of our time) was an absolute delight and the yard roomy and well maintained. Good wi-fi in and out. Just a 10-15 minute (short for us) walk to the sea, swimming holes, restaurants, small grocery stores, bakery and butcher shop. The only downside (which we realize is beyond the control of the owners) was the constant barking, day and night, of many dogs. Hence the "almost" perfect. It was the very best of our 4 accommodations while visiting the islands (especially when we realized that barking dogs seem to be a standard in the residential areas of the Azores). Would return and certainly will recommend.

Perfekt zum Erholen und Runterkommen

Wir waren auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Erholung und haben genau das in Biscoitos gefunden. Wir waren im Winter vor Ort, wo die Azoren mehr oder weniger ausgestorben sind, und es war wundervoll! Das Haus ist groß, perfekt ausgestattet, mit Kamin, Grill, einer Küche mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Die Betten sind bequem, die Atmosphäre ein Traum. Einfach herrlich!

The pictures don't do it justice!

This was a lovely home in Biscoitos! The location is quiet and it feels like you have your own villa in town. The house had everything we needed, the beds comfortable, and the yard was great for the kids. The piscinas naturais were really close, as was a park, grocery store, and some restaurants. It was easy to get around Terceira from this home. We loved it!
