The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, two ground-floor king-sizes with en-suite access to Jack-and-Jill bathroom, a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size, a bunk and a family room with twin singles and a bunk, serviced by a ground-floor Jack-and-Jill bathroom, shower room and ground-floor wet room. Outside there is an enclosed rear terrace with furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking for four cars. Please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot and highchair are available. Landmark is a stunning base from which to explore all that Devon has to offer.

Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
