Rare to market, available for August-Labor Day. Chic one acre cottage convenient (6-7 mins) to Southampton Village and the beautiful ocean and bay beaches. Great outdoor/indoor resort-like living with large sunny pool surrounded by gorgeous landscaping and plantings. Dining area french doors open to large brick terrace, equipped with large outdoor dining table, 4 teak loungers, a 4-burner grill, and charming wicker and wrought-iron furniture, providing ample entertaining spaces. Gardens light up at night.

The bright kitchen features granite countertops and an eat in counter. The upstairs a master bedroom suite has a spacious limestone bath. There are two additional guest bedrooms (one with Queen bed, the other with two twins) and a guest bath on the second floor and a downstairs half bath.

Central AC throughout house.
