After a day of shopping, dining, and sampling fresh veggies at a local roadside home to a light-filled delightful Southampton Village home with central AC, which features hardwood floors throughout, 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds and cable TV, a den that sleeps 2, 1 full bath, ½ bath, W/D, WIFI and a fully renovated stylish kitchen w/dishwasher and center island.

Loved this home!

Loved our stay at this house! We were walking distance to the village and beaches. The house has all of the amenities that you could ask for and the yard is very private with a heated salt water pool. There is an outdoor cabana with a hot water shower, loved showering outside! The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. Plus the home was very clean and manicured beautifully! The owner was so nice, everything went smoothly! Will stay there again and recommended it to our friends! R.D. South Carolina

Time well spent!

As described in the title, this house has no shortage of charm. Beautiful wood floors, skeleton-keyed doors, lovely décor throughout, and plentiful large windows that let in an abundance of sunlight, all lending freshness and appeal to a space that is comforting and calming. The wraparound porch is perfect for relaxing and reading a book. The house has all the necessary amenities one would need, and is close to nightlife/shopping/restaurants, or the beach just down the road. Thinking back on the time spent there, the only thing bothersome is that it was difficult to leave!

Beautiful vacation home

This is a beautiful home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and another downstairs. ..two bathrooms, swimming pool and outside shower. ..the property is beautiful and it is located very near the town. ..definitely within walking distance...the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. ..we had a great time. ..loved the house worth is beautiful well equipped kitchen and the country feel the house had. The owner was very easy to teach and the property was well maintained. I strongly recommend this property of you are looking fora vacation getaway.

The perfect home away from home!

Right away I felt at home in this house. It is perfect, clean as a pin, cook's kitchen, wonderful pool and a front porch to sip ice tea or an afternoon cocktail. You'll never want to leave!

Had a wonderful stay at the village charmer!

We had a terrific stay at the Village Charmer! The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation, a saltwater pool with outdoor changing room in the spacious, private garden, beautiful furnishings, a new kitchen, formal dining room, old fashioned porch, laundry facilities and is very close to Southampton Village and most importantly the beach. We rented the house sight unseen and are happy to report that it exceeded our expectations. The owner is delightful and made sure we had everything we needed. In addition to enjoying the beach, we had a great time exploring the many great restaurants and shops that Southampton Village has to offer. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

Beyond charming and cozy!

This house was perfect! The heated salt water pool was sooo relaxing. The outdoor cabana with hot shower was very convenient. We strolled into town for meals, coffee, shopping, and so much more. The house is very clean and has everything a person needs, from a new kitchen and bath to flat screen tv's and lots of towels, linens and comfortable beds. Sitting on the porch with my morning coffee, looking at the beautiful gardens and listening to the birds was heaven. We would definitely rent this house again. The owner was more than accommodating.
