About this property

Hillsborough Home from Home, Garden and 2x Parking by StayByNumbers

Stay by Numbers - Lovely three bed terrace in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Has a large garden at the back with table and chairs and ample off street parking at front

20 minutes walk to the centre of Hillsborough for the cafes/pubs or the Forest park and Hillsborough Castle. Easy access to Lisburn, Belfast or other areas of Northern Ireland by car.

Perfect for a staycation or longer stays.

In a quiet cul de sac so there is effectively dedicated parking at front of house for two cars. Please note we cannot provide parking for more than two vehicles

You will have the entire place to yourself.

Available over message for help at anytime ahead or during your stay and we will reply promptly. If easier happy to arrange a call.

Hillsborough village centre is a short walk with cafes, bakeries, a medium sized co-op and pubs/restaurants. I highly recommend the owl and the pussycat for coffee and the Hillside pub for food or a drink. There is also a small grocery shop two minutes walk from the house so nice and easy to get essentials or last minute items.

You also have Hillsborough forest park and Hillsborough castle on the doorstep. The gardens at the castle are beautiful and you can bring a picnic inside

The rest of Northern Ireland is easily accessible by car as the main motorway is not far. A visit to the Causeway coast is a must for any visit to NI

The host is very attentive and helpful. The house beautifully clean, and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, although a small sharp kitchen knife would be useful! There is a little shop at the top of the road with plenty supplies. And wonderfully situated for exploring Belfast and the county south.

The property was excellent, the kitchen was spacious and well stocked, it literally lacked nothing. The communication was very poor, I tried to write before booking as the check in was a very late 4:00 pm and I wanted an earier checkin. Our flight arived into Dublin from Canada at 8:30 am. I tried to communicate after check in again no luck contacting the owner. When I was eventually able to write to the owner he said he did receive my concerns, but he was able to then contact me of the 11:00 am check out with various email reminders. Strange? The very late check in was the spoiler at an otherwise, ideal rental place.
