Welcome to Monic's House we will be glad to host you in our apartment we are sure that our
our facility will meet your needs given the proximity to all the main attractions that
offers the city of Pisa.
The apartment is about 160sqm and is characterized by the spaciousness of the spaces, the elegance of the
furnishings, attention to detail, with frescoes on the ceilings and fine finishes.
The apartment is developed, with a large relaxation area, two TV65 NETFLIX- sofas.

The apartment is perfect for families with children or groups of friends, thanks to its proximity to
bars, restaurants and pizzerias and to all the attractions that the city of Pisa offers.
A short walk from Piazza dei Cavalieri, 400 meters from the Tower of Pisa ( Piazza dei Miracoli) and 300
meters from the botanical garden,it is also 1.5km from the train station and 4.2km from the airport
