Left us stranded in the rain.

Host never replied to any messages or phone calls despite many attempts. Upon arriving to Naples we patiently waited until the 2pm check in time in hopes that the host would provide instructions or reply to calls and VRBO messages. We eventually had to call VRBO for assistance and even when they called the host no one would answer. We were eventually given a refund and had to find other accommodations. This was an awful experience as it was raining throughout the day and we were stranded. A hosts job is simple and this host failed in the worst way.
