just perfect

beautiful garden, big house with enough space and everything a family needs. It is just as beautiful as in the pictures. Though it's not in Santa Brigida but higher up the hills, it didn't matter because the village and the surroundings are beautiful and Las Palmas is 30 minutes away. Needs a car though. And not a big one because parking can be tricky sometimes as the property is at the end of a very narrow street.

Disappointed

16 Degrees inside the House. Not enough Tools to Heat up the rooms. It smelled someone smoked inside. One bedroom smelled a lot, so it was impossible to Sleep in there. Doorhandles were not screwed and fell of immediately. Our clothes started smelling after the second night because it was so wet inside and everyone started coiffing. When we complained about the situation and smell they said that they do not rent non smoking apparments / houses. That is a lie and it is written non smoking in the description. Neither fewo or casitas canarias, admitted that they do not fulfill the contract. We left the house after the second night and they promised to refund 25% of the nights we do not stay in there. So fare I got no refund. Maybe worth a stay in summer in winter time it is inappropriate to rent this for those prices or even at all.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis in groene heuvels van Gran Canaria, maar ongeschikt voor de winter

Een mooi groot huis met veel ruimte en een mooie tuin. Prachtig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien in de keuken.Er was echter maar 1 mobiele verwarming op gas beschikbaar voor 3 hele grote ruimtes. De 2 electrische radiatoren voor bijverwarming veroorzaakten stroomuitval.

Im Winter nicht zu empfehlen!

Ruhige Lage Bei der Ankunft war die Temperatur im Haus bei 13 Grad! Trotz der zur Verfügung gestellten Heizkörper ist das Heizen des Hauses nicht möglich. Sobald mehr als 2 Heizkörper an den Strom angeschlossen sind, fallen alle Sicherungen aus. Will man dann noch kochen, geht dar nichts mehr. Das Haus ist feucht, die Schlafzimmer sind ohne Fenster das Lüften der Zimmer unmöglich! Im Sommer mag das vielleicht gehen, im Winter nicht. Der Poolbereich ist sehr ungepflegt, die Holzliegen alt und teilweise defekt . Der Pool erscheint auf den Bildern relativ gross, in Wirklichkeit aber knapp 2 x 4 Meter. Das Wasser schmutzig. Nicht zu gebrauchen!! Im Winter dürfte dieses Objekt nicht vermietet werden ist eine Zumutung! Keine direkte Zufahrt, kein Parkplatz.

Ungewöhnliches Haus

03.10.2024 Wir verbrachten 4 Wochen im Ferienhaus Los Arcos. Das Haus ist etwas Besonderes. Es liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer kleinen Straße. (Ein Mietwagen, der klein und wendig ist, hat hier seine Vorzüge!) Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit vielen Bildern, Büchern und Mitbringseln aus verschiedenen Teilen der Welt ausgestattet. Wir fragten uns oft nach den möglichen Reisen der Besitzer. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und man findet alles, was man braucht. Auf einer gemütlichen überdachten Terrasse war es sehr angenehm zu frühstücken. Das Haus hat einen schönen Garten, der entgegen der Ankündigung (Pflege 2-3mal pro Woche) etwas vernachlässigt wirkte. Wer gerne schwimmt, ist mit dem sehr kleinen Pool nicht so gut bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Casitas Canarias und deren Erreichbarkeit waren sehr gut. Für das Haus würden wir als Bewertung eine 10 und für den Garten eine 6 geben.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Casitas Canarias und deren Erreichbarkeit waren sehr gut. In der alten Klassifikation würden wir für das Haus eine 10 und für den Garten eine 6 geben.

Uriges schmuckes Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren im Juli zu zweit dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es liegt gut abfahrbar auf ca. 500 Höhenmetern auf der Nordostseite der Insel. Dadurch ist es insgesamt deutlich kühler, auch im Haus, was im Juli jetzt sehr angenehm war. Bis zum nächsten Strand fährt man mit dem Auto gut 30 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, Küche top und super ausgestattet, der Aussenbereich war leider nicht so sauber und die Gartenmöbel schon etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen, wir haben erstmal ein bisschen Müll weggeräumt die vertrocknenden Pflanzen gegossen und gekehrt und es uns schön gemacht . Vom Ambiente her ist es aber unheimlich schön mit natürlichem Schatten. Der Pool ist von dem Staub auf der Insel auch nicht so mega sauber und das Wasser entsprechend ein bisschen schmierig gewesen, aber laut dem Gärtner der deswegen extra vorbeikam ist das so und es lässt sich wohl auch nicht ändern. Aber man konnte gut reingehen und es ging. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war hervorragend, zwischendurch kam auch angekündigt eine Dame die sauber gemacht hat. Die Betten sind bequem, Fliegengitter gibt’s auch und auch abends draussen garnicht so viele Stechmücken. Alles in allem können wir es sehr empfehlen.

Romantisches Haus mit verwildertem Garten in kalter Umgebung

Das Haus liegt an einer Felswand nach Nordosten orientiert. Es bekommt nur wenig Sonne. Die Küche, ein Duschbad mit WC und 2 Schlafzimmer haben kein Fenster. Überall sind Stufen. Den Zmmern ist eine Eingangshalle und im rechten Winkel dazu ein Durchgangszimmer ohne Türen vorgebaut. Man kann das Haus nicht heizen. Der offene Kamin und 2 kleine elekrische Radiatoren reichen bei weitem nicht, die Temperarur im Haus über 17 Grad anzuheben.. Wir haben 4 Tage mit mehreren Pullovern und Daunenjacken bekleidet , dort verbracht. Dann sind wir ausgezogen, weil wir befürchteten, dass wir krank werden könnten. Der Garten ist verwahrlost, überall liegt Müll herum. Fenster und Swimmingpool waren schmutzig. Das Haus hat einen romantischen und intellektuellen Flair: überall Gemälde, Kunstbücher, Geschichtswerke, Romane und viele kleine sehr geschmackvolle Mitbringsel von Reisen. Schade, dass das Haus nicht in einer wärmeren Gegend der Insel liegt.
