🏡 Respect the Property – Treat the home with care and report any damages or maintenance issues to the host immediately.

👥 Guests & Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.

Crufts

We stayed here for our Crufts trip. It was great location to the show site and dog friendly. We were moved from our original house and this one did not have a crib like we were told would be there. The yard had trash and the fence was missing for a section of the back yard. The grass was very long and had not been cut. Overall it was fine but missing some details and lack of instructions for turning on heat (luckily my husband is handy and got the heat going)

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback and would like to address a few of the points you've raised. Regarding the garden, it's worth noting that in the UK, gardeners typically don't carry out grass cutting or extensive maintenance between October and mid-March. This is standard practice as we are coming out of the winter season and the weather conditions aren't suitable for it. As for the garden panel, it's located at the very top of the garden. We experienced some unusually strong and damaging winds over the winter, which was widely reported in the news, and unfortunately, this caused some damage. We don't believe it significantly impacted your stay. We did explain that the heating system operates on a thermostat, which can be easily adjusted with a simple plus or minus button to set your desired temperature. We were actually pleased to offer you an upgrade to a larger house to ensure you had more space and comfort, and we also offered to bring a crib for your little one, which you declined at the time. We're genuinely disappointed to hear that the upgrade wasn't to your satisfaction. As Superhosts on other platforms, we pride ourselves on providing excellent guest experiences, and we are still relatively new to Vrbo. Your comments are valuable as they help us to continuously improve.
