Set in the historic Brewhouse building, this superb one-bedroom apartment enjoys stunning views of The Royal William Yard Marina with its iconic clock tower, and far-reaching sea views across to Princess Yachts headquarters.

Both the living area and bedroom have floor to ceiling windows which open out onto Juliet balconies. This means that the space is exceptionally light and bright.

18 Brewhouse has a stylish and well-equipped kitchen, with a glass splash back, and a modern bathroom, decorated in calming shades of white and grey.

Curl up with a book and take a moment to absorb the breath-taking sea vistas from 18 Brewhouse, along with the rich history of this incredible building.

The apartment also has a utility room which has a washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and cleaning utensils.
