The Lighthouse (plot 79) is situated in a quiet and convenient location for the seafront promenade and beach and also the park’s swimming pool and cafe/bar.

The Lighthouse was duly named because of its views of the Needles Lighthouse on the Isle of Wight and of Christchurch Bay, which you can see from the decking area and side window in the lounge.

The Lighthouse is a two bedroom caravan with parking for a car next to the residence. There is one double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds.

The home is cosy and has an interesting nautical touch, decorated with Admiralty Nautical charts, featuring the local geography and sea areas.

The property is well fitted out with gas hob & cooker, gas fire, gas central heating, bathroom and shower and decking/patio areas facing South and South East. The lounge/diner/kitchen area has a 32” wall mounted Smart TV and a radio/CD player.

Fast broadband Wi-Fi is included throughout.

The main bedroom also has a TV and radio/CD/cassette player.

Outside dining is possible through the patio doors onto the south facing decking where there is a table and chairs. There is also a plastic bench box for outside storage.

The area itself is amazing with lots to do from an easy stroll to the beach front and various pubs and restaurants – Haven Inn on Mudeford Quay (which also has a café), Noisy Lobster on Avon Beach with its coffee hut and fish and chip takeaway, plus a shop that sells local products and gifts.

The New Forest is a short drive away with lovely walks and scenery and we are local to Christchurch town centre, Bournemouth and Poole.
